The rewards program has been very gracious at giving back to those who frequent a JJ's establishment more often than those who choose greasy burgers and fries... and I very much appreciate it. I ordered a pick up here for some folks at the office, ordering from this location is always super easy. Folks are friendly and food is always freaky fast and delicious. Great job
My husband and I ate here last weekend and we were not impressed. The crust on the bread was very hard and crunchy. Really disappointed in the service as well.

I stopped by this Jimmy John's yesterday by way of the drive through to order a #7, my usual. Cheerful young man in the drive through window gave me good service, was very respectful, and had my sandwich ready promptly. Thank you, whoever you are sir! You deserve a raise.

6 guys working in there walk in, guy at the counter is engrossed in his phone-looks up at me, puts his head back down in his phone, rest of the workers goofing off in the back. Don't bother wasting your time there. Just turned around at walked out.
