This is the worst service I've ever received. One of the worst bars in Grand Rapids, and do not recommend coming here

It would be 5 stars if tommy was still the bouncer. We love and miss him

First of all I love this place. I have typically been a big fan of going here. Everything was great until it wasn't. On staff you have one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. He was trying to kick everyone out at 1:30am and did so in a very aggressive way. He took everyone's half full drinks and emptied them and shouted aimlessly at everyone. Everyone was having a great night and he completely ruined the night for everyone. There were multiple vompany Christmas parties happening and he was completely rude to them. I have seriously never seen a staff member ruder than this guy and I still feel very very bothered and hurt by this experience. everyone there was in disbelief by the way he was treating customers who were notjing but respectful the whole night. Really truly a bummer how he treated everyone.

The best sourdough bread in the city. Great service!!!

Better than what it was a few years back. It’s not such a young crowd like in the past.

Food is served here but we didn't order. I've heard it's really good from a very reliable source so i gave it 5 stars. The burger is famous from what I'm told. It was recommended to return mid-day for a burger and beverage when it's not so crowded. We were there around 830 pm. It was a huge crowd of 20 somethings and it was a really nice crowd. People were enjoying themselves but were polite. The bar is in the middle with tables around and seating around the bar itself. Grill and bathrooms in the rear. There is a small patio in the front. My reliable source tells me that an older crowd comes earlier. We enjoyed the younger people, though. Note we are old enough to be their parents (we don't look it though ha ha).Service was soooo good despite the crowd- very impressive.Bar is located in a very old area and is surrounded by a multitude of places to go. You may want to Uber down and walk around while you're there.Parking: There's a small lot to the right of the building. There's a lot of street parking and various other places. We lucked out with a spot right in front. Don't let parking deter you. Just a little patience and you'll find a spot. It's worth it!Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't bring kids at night. Maybe during the day.Wheelchair accessibility: When not crowded, it's probably okay.
