Service member was kind and accommodating. The food was below par. The chicken was tough, try and unseasoned. The coleslaw didn’t have much flavor. The redeeming part of the sandwich was the pickles at the bottom which doesn’t make it much better. Unfortunately Wendy’s, Popeyes, McDonald’s, chick fil a make this place look like a joke especially at lower price points.

Owners are very rude and don't know how to run a business. Food was mediocre at best. Very expensive especially when it's on the same level as McDonalds. If I could give zero stars I would. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else. I also heard from a friend at school who works there that almost all (probably 99%) of the credit card tips go to the owners. The employees actually doing the work get almost nothing. Very greedy.

I can traditionally handle very hot food, but so clucking hot turned my mouth into Nagasaki on the day the bomb was dropped. I'm not kidding, the pain was worse than the deep pain in a parents soul after losing a child. The inventors of this sauce are more sick and demented than hamas mixed with the Taliban by a long shot. This sauce will kick you in the back of the face.

Got the 6 piece boneless wings and fries. Nice large portion of fries, but the chicken was over cooked and dry even with the sauce.

I went to juju today and got a 12pc boneless and the garlic parm fries! I was super disappointed when I bit into my chicken and it had a very foul and rotten taste. Simple not edible. I spent 23$ + tip and I was left hungry! The fries were saturated in oil or cheese and were soaked and

My mom and I ordered 2 Honey Chicken & Bacon combos and first thing we noticed was the fries looked very burnt. The chicken tasted very bland as it had zero seasoning. They should dress it with more honey mustard too! Not impressed with this place. Prices are very high for low quality meal.

Got a thigh and drumstick combo for lunch with fries and loved it! Fries are hand cut so best eaten immediately and the breading on the chicken was some of my favorite I’ve ever had. Juicy and good flavor on the inside too! Very much enjoyed my experience

I got the Nashville hot thigh and drum combo!!! So good and spicy. Will definitely be back. Better than the southerner in my opinion.

I got the Nashville Hot sandwich and fries. The chicken was pounded thin and cooked crispy. I ate it here and right from the fryer it was hot and good. I can imagine if you have to wait, it might dry out, but fresh was great. It's hard to judge different people's spice preferences, but for me, it could have been a little hotter. But the flavor was there. A huge portion of fries, too.

Quality ingredients on the crispy sandwich and filled the box with more than enough fries
Decided to try the bone in wings and macaroni salad for lunch. I ordered buffalo wings and they didn't have any sauce on them. I had to use what I have at home. The macaroni salad was really bland and disappointing. I can get better from the deli at Meijer, which is really saying something.

Great place to eat! Quick service and good chicken for a great price! I always get the chicken fingers and I love how they come out steaming hot. Would recommend!

We had our wedding at the Downtown Market Greenhouse on October 1, 2022. We had a few options of caterers in the market and Juju Bird was one of our top contenders. I reached out a little under 2 years from the day and communication was a bit spotty. Looking back now, the team was probably a bit more wrapped up in the weddings happening in the current year. Once it was my wedding year 2022, communication picked up and was super quick and helpful. My main point of contact was Pan and they were super informative and able to make tweaks to our catering needs to make sure it was perfect for our day. All of the guests raved about the food and how plentiful it was! The staff was super friendly and quick to jump in and assist when needed. The presentation of appetizers was awesome as well. The catering cost was pricey but for the area + demand of wedding season it made sense + was worth every penny for all the praise we got for it. Highly recommend them as your caterer, especially if DTM is your wedding venue of choice!

Checked this place out. Wasn’t bad. Chicken was dry and not a lot of flavor. Ordered the honey bacon. Should be lettuce on the sandwich and more honey mustard and the bacon tasted like microwaveable bacon. Fries were kind of burned taste. Wasn’t super impressed for the price.

Great customer service. I believe the owner helped take our order. We got the chicken tenders and fries, Buffalo and garlic parm on the side…. Awesome. Chicken was a juicy and the sauces were on point. Highly recommend. Will be back.
