This place was amazing! The atmosphere was relaxing and the server Sammie was so friendly! This was our first time and she explained the menu and answered any questions we had on suggestions. The food is fresh and the coffee is amazing! I highly recommend the breakfast crispy potatoes. I could have ate a whole plate of just em.Looking forward to returning!

Almost always busy, but a nice little place with phenomenal brunch. Great service too; I love asking questions about each dish because the servers always know the ingredients, exactly how it's prepared, etc. Shows that everyone here is really passionate about the food. As a million other people have mentioned, the burger is awesome.

Food, coffee, and service were amazing. My husband had the Wagyu steak and I had the bread pudding french toast sticks (to-die-for!)

A true treat with a selection of vegan/vegetarian menu options. Food quality is top notch, I recommend the sweet potato hash. They have limited seating, fortunately we didn't have to wait long for a table :-)

We had brunch inn Sunday and it was delicious ?. I ordered a mimosa with grape juice and a littlebird breakfast sandwich with fries, the fries were my fav ? crunchy and perfect salted, the sandwich pretty tasty. My hubby ordered a french omelette with lobster, toast and breakfast potatoes, for me breakfast potatoes are a hit-or-miss, today was a hit ?. Not disappointed about this place ✨

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for anyone, especially children, with severe food allergies. It is not their policy to indicate severe food allergens, in my case peanuts, which were part of a granola. They took no accountability for the ommission and indicated it's customer liability. Their haphazard approach to customer safety was disappointing.

We were a group of four who dined in for dinner. We shared several dishes so we were able to try a fair amount of the limited menu. The drinks and burger, as well as the service, were the highlights. All of the other food was not good or up to expectations for the price. The worst dish was the rillettes. It had no flavor and was served with just cheap saltines and pickles. (I think it was supposed to also come with bread?) Food aside, the bathroom and the hallway to get there were dirty. It's strange to me that a burger would be the best thing in a restaurant like this, but maybe get one to go and skip the rest...

After checking with nine different restaurants in Grand Rapids, and told there was no room we were greeted very kindly at little Bird, where we were served an amazing meal. All of the staff was so friendly. The atmosphere was amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

Cute little joint! Super limited menu, but everything seems good. A little on the pricey side for what it is, but what I had was totally worth the price of admission.Wonderful ingredients (try the eggs) prepared well. To make up for the smaller menu, their bar is VERY well stocked. Bar itself is quite nice, too. Staff is really attentive, friendly, and open with recommendations. Give 'em a go, next you're in downtown GR!Vegetarian options: They're there, but not what I was paying attention to.

Jorge was amazing and kept us entertained. Fast service, great suggestions! The food is AMAZING. AVP toast is outstanding and the bread is next level. Will be returning and you should go.Vegetarian options: Verge options are great and creative. About half of the menu is vegetarian or pescatarian.

The food was excellent. I had the kimchi sweet potato hash with egg and added on a piece of their sourdough. Very good. My husband had traditional eggs. Good too. He added a sausage patty, which was excellent. The coffee was strong and delicious. The prices are likely the highest you'll find near GR for breakfast. So although we liked it, it won't be our go-to breakfast spot. Maybe just a change-of-pace occasionally.
