Longhorn Steakhouse in Grand Rapids MI gave Me and my 5kids ages 14, 12,10,8, and 2 COVID 19❗️ We immediately felt I’ll the same day after eating we all caught a really bad headache, high fever, body aches, cough, and sore throat I really believe it was done intentionally. I paid good money there even left a $30 rip for them to get us sick. Close this place down obviously they have someone in the kitchen that’s sick and infecting people. We didn’t go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE AND THE VERY NEXT DAY WE ALL WAS AT ER TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID 19

If I could leave 0 stars just for the customer service we received I would! We were told we would have to wait 20 minutes, after 50 minutes we asked about our table and if they had the correct number since they told us they would text us, the hispanic girl with the long braids lied to us saying she had called our name, also saying she had texted us, we showed her our phone and there was no text however we were sitting in front of her waiting for our turn and she never called our name, she made us wait for almost over an hour and called the people who came after us. She laughed at us when we asked again for our table and she took us to the last table which was dirty and had no silverware. An hour after being seated, still without our food, our server told us the kitchen was very busy, our dinner arrived cold, my husband's steak was raw, and my order was cold... We paid and left... Clearly the manager of this restaurant must be setting a terrible example because this restaurant has gone from being one of our favorites to one of our worst experiences. My firm and my other companies will never use this restaurant for any of our events again, it is a disgrace to bring families and friends to this location.

Had so much fun! We had a wonderful server today—really on top of her game. The manager was there, and she was very professional. I could tell she loved her job. The food was phenomenal! Try the Parmesan-crusted chicken! 🍗 SO GOOD!

I’m the type person that if I’m going to pay for a steak and we all know that they aren’t cheap these days. I want it to have taste and LongHorn they cook with flavor. They made it perfect to taste and the place is pretty dang awesome. And that’s my opinion.

We sat at the bar because we were hungry & didn't want to wait for a table. They offered full service at the bar. The bar wasn't busy at that time, but did fill up, probably 12 seats total. At that point we got totally ignored, she took everyone's order before us, we tried to be patient, but soon felt disappointed. People who arrived before us, got their meals and left before us. Once our food arrived she never returned to see if everything was OK, It wasn't. Eventually when everyone else was cared for she came to check on us. She made several excuses, but our dinning experience was ruined. We showed her respect always, we didn't receive in return. We sadly & unaware sat in front of their glasswasher, and a woman stood right in front of us washing glasses an yelling at others near by. It was like having a rude/loud uninvited guest at our table. We should have went to Texas Roadhouse, you should too.

We come here pretty regularly because they're the ONLY steakhouse in GR that can consistently make good steaks. In the past 5 years, I've only gotten their steaks. Today, I tried their chicken strips because my toddler got them in his kids meal. O.M.G. They are the BEST chicken strips ever. They're ALMOST as good as my homemade ones, and that says something. I might be forever devoted to their chicken strips now. It's taking all my self-control not to finish off my kid's leftovers. 😋

My wife’s Ribeye was tough even though it was cooked medium rare . The steak was very thin for a ribeye, about 1/4 inch or slightly more. There was no good flavor with the meat, mostly bland. I had a half rack of ribs which contained very little meat. I doubt I had 3 oz of meat.
