The drive-through is very well run and did a great job on checking on the use of the McDonald's mobile app.The order-taker was fast and professional, and my order was handled without incident. I especially appreciated the window server being friendly and congenial.I was particularly pleased with the freshness of the sandwich bun served and the food temperature. I give them kudos on quality.The location is not in the best of areas, but their lot was clean and open, so it felt safer.

I would not consider myself much of a “Karen” by any means but my experience with the Fulton St McDonald’s made me reconsider that. My car broke down on Friday (1/19) at 9:30 pm. I spoke with the MOD that night who said my car would be fine until Monday as no service shops were open until then and she said she’d make a note for the other managers. I attempted to call the store Saturday afternoon, twice Sunday evening, and finally twice more this morning (Monday 1/22) to confirm that I contacted a service shop and they were coming to get my car that day. The store did not answer once, and I live 20-30 minutes from the location so I cannot go and physically talk to the manager with no car. I got a ride to the store at 1:00pm to let them know the shop was on their way within the next hour, when I see a tow truck pull in. I was a little freaked out (I’m young, I depend on my car for work & school), but I never was disrespectful or raised my voice. The GM was rude from the get-go, and accused me of never calling the store even after showing her my phone log with the number I got from Google. Luckily, they never ended up towing my car, but I was just astonished as someone who’s worked in food that I was treated like this for something that was NOT MY MISTAKE. Food is fine when I went but I’ll think twice about coming if whoever the “GM” is still employed there.

I only out 1 star for atmosphere because I went through the drive thru. I live closer to the one on Leonard, but they never get my order right. Like ever. So I go a little out of the way to this McDonald's because the food is always great and the people are a lot nicer.

They are always busy and will close drive thru so there times don't stack... which causes people to go inside but the building isn't big enough for it. The employees are very nice and try very hard to keep it moving

We placed a mobile order for 3 McCafe drinks, for pick up at the drive thru. We waited behind another car in the 2nd drive thru lane for several minutes while the other lane kept moving. We decided to switch it to counter pick up instead, and ended up waiting there for another TWENTY FIVE minutes!! For 3 drinks!! I will never step foot in this location again.

I try and give this mcdonald's the benefit of doubt but consistently they are slow. Every. Single. Time. 10 minutes for me to get one burger. I think it's a management issue.
