Ordered via phone for my girlfriend’s birthday dinner. Got a call center in India to take my order. Went to pick it up and the guy took like 5 minutes counting my change and still shorted me $4. Get the food and both pizzas are messed up but didn’t know till I got home. Extra pepperoni and extra cheese pizza ended up being regular pepperoni regular cheese with no sauce and the pizza was hard as a rock. The other pizza was supposed to be zesty Italian trio. It only had pepperoni and sausage and she must have gotten my extra cheese that she didn’t want. Tried to call to get new pizzas made or get a refund, got the call center in India. Do y’all see where the problems are? It’s literally everything I ordered was wrong and hard as a rock and with no sauce. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. Never again with Papa John’s. Worst pizza experience I’ve ever had on a pick up order. Oh yeah, it was $39 for 2 small pizzas and a small cheese sticks. Epic fail

Have placed multiple pickup orders and they have been okay. On one of them I needed to make a change so I immediately called the store. I just kept getting routed back to hold and the call was never picked up. Got to the store and it was a bunch of young kids with music blaring and nobody paying any attention to phones or taking any calls. Piss poor customer service but hey that’s pretty much the norm nowadays.

Don't bother coming here or the location on Alpine. They're terrible. There are waaay better locations outside of Grand Rapids. Here they barely put any toppings on the pizza, the crust is very thin, the taste is off, and the location is ghetto.You need a new owner and management yesterday. Get it together and fix it Papa Johns. Your reputation is suffering.

I order from here frequently and I recently got an empty box delivered.Update 11/23 so I decided to order and last time my pizza was on the thin side and uncooked. This time they put pepperoni in the stuffing (I did not order) and the crust was falling apart super thin. I won't be ordering from here for a while. They need to reteach their employees how to make a pizza.

Yikes. It was obvious as soon I walked in that this place was a sh!tshow. Pizza maker looked like they were miserable. Cashier wasn’t wearing Papa John’s attire and said they had just showed up. My supreme pizza had 8 pepperonis and some black olives on it. My cheese only pizza had pepperoni. Unreal. They remade my incorrect pizzas and they were fine, but I won’t be back to this location. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered and had a pizza day it was delivered when it wasn't. When I called they were great saying they would get it out asap, guy arrived wanting cash for the order that I already paid for with card. Denied it saying I wasn't going to pay twice for one pizza. Jokes still on me though because I paid once for no pizza ?.
They don't even take their own orders a third party does.

Plainfield location very bad ordered though door dash when I got there my pizza was not ready it wasn’t even made .employees were out in parking then they couldn’t find my order they started making my pizza after I got there they didn’t use gloves and went from cashier to make it my pizza should’ve been free at this point

That place was the most GHETTO papa John they had music playing so loud it rattle their windows. Their female employee was wearing legging shorts and slides definitely not sanitary with her slides. They were rude and she was walking around with a cigarette in her mouth. And the food was horrible they must have pulled my pizza became it was doughy!
