This place is by far the MOST AUTHENTIC pho place in GR, no in all of America. I love this hole in the wall, and sadly, the most recent time I went, they weren't serving it due to covid. BEEF, CHICKEN pho - they are all very good. Bahn Mi- lots of veggies, the meat(?) not sure what kind, though Vietnamese Coffee - sweet milky coffee with condensed milk Even my Vietnamese friends have said this is the place they themselves would go get pho. I would go here anytime, but I just really wish they would do dine-in. Sometimes the waits here are sososo long, that it gets me thinking it's not worth the wait. But as soon as I take a bite, those thoughts are gone. The portions are really large, too.

Ordered beef pho and bahn mi via delivery app for dinner. Bahn mi portion was somewhat smaller than expected, but delicious. Beef pho portions were huge and easily could split one order between 2-3 people. Price was somewhat higher than other pho to be found in GR. I found the broth to be very aromatic and flavorful, though it did have to be heated back up to a temperature appropriate to "cook" the sliced beef. The separately packaged noodles, meat, veggies, and herbs were abundant. Hoisin was included, but no sriracha.

I love Pho soup, but this was a complete disappointment!! I ordered the beef Pho, but no beef I just wanted the broth. The broth was sweet! Seems like they put a ton of sugar in It! I never had Pho that tasted sweet. It destroyed my expenses. Cold, rainy day - I wanted a traditional Pho!

Doesn't say anywhere I could tell but in-store that food is takeout only and served raw for you to take home and cook. They say that there are cooking instructions provided but that comes down to 'boil in the broth, don't eat raw meat.'No surprise it turned out nothing like the photos look or like I've had before.

This eatery is top tier! Their dishes are authentic, rich in flavor, made with ardent care! I wish I retained names, because the man who serves and puts his soul into these delicacies is wonderful! He truly has impeccable taste and knows how to offer his patrons the best of the best! My preferred dish is the chicken pho! I'm obsessed! I drive all the way from Kalamazoo just to come to Pho 616! I know the wait (30-45 minutes) seems like a long time for some, but I assure you it is more than worth it! You cannot rush greatness! They understand that here. The flavor bursts in your being! Every ingredient is fresh! The Vietnamese coffee is rich and delightfully invigorating. I love this place! The price is more than reasonable and the quality is superb.

Really great pho. I'm always skeptical of take out pho but it's the only option right now. I wouldn't recommend getting it take out unless you have a way to reheat the broth before combining the other ingredients. Huge portion, I couldn't fit it all in this giant bowl that has worked at another similarly price vietnamese spot, definitely a bigger portion and the best I've tasted around here. I see a lot of comments about rude service, I think it's a cultural thing, staff in real vietnamese restaurants are typically hurried and curt. I lived in the bay area for years which has dozens of great vietnamese/pho spots and it sometimes seemed like the more curt the staff the better the food.

Customer service was non existent. Siracha and hoison is a staple to Pho and one would normally mention they didn't have any to include with the meal. Even worse they said they were sold out but had bottles on the shelf to sell you, just not to let you use some for your $20 meal. The staff(owner?) couldn't have cared less either.

It feels like someone took at lot of time and attention to make something really beautiful. I had the chicken noodle and from the first bite it’s fresh flavors! Gorgeous basil with premium long and crisp bean sprouts. Adorable quail eggs. The homemade peanut sauce for the spring rolls is nicely balanced. Not too sweet or overly Americanized, and the right amount of tang and spice. Generous portions. Come hungry. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic pho. By far the best in Grand Rapids. Be sure to leave yourself long enough for them to prepare it.

It's pretty bad when the place runs out of hoisin and sriracha sauce and they won't give you any because the stuff on the shelf is supposed to be for sale. Would have went somewhere else if they told us they didn't have any before hand but to make a customer buy a bottle after the fact is a joke.

It's unfortunate too because the broth was delicious, it was just very lacking without hoison or sriracha.
