Ordered a sandwich and soup from here through DoorDash and had the WORST experience. I put in my description box for my order “light mayo, extra vinegar & oil” and received a sandwich DROWNED in mayo. I work 12 hour shifts and am unable to leave so I just called to explain my experience. The manager gets on the phone and I explained everything in a calm manner. I did say I don’t know if someone was upset or trying to be funny but I received basically a mayo sandwich. She proceeds to say “I made your sandwich. I’m a grown adult, I don’t need to be funny” in a sarcastic tone. She also kept cutting me off. She also says that I shouldn’t have put it in the description box where DoorDash literally tells me to btw, I should’ve used the option they give to put “light ingredients.” I’m not sure if she had Uber eats in mind but door dash doesn’t give you that option for their store. I will be contacting corporate and will not EVER be eating at this location again.

When I'm hankering for a chicken salad, Swiss cheese, and bacon sandwich Potbelly never disappoints... until today.
I ordered double Swiss cheese and the sandwich came with NO cheese at all, and there was 6 large disgusting pieces of gristle. Very off-putting, and disappointing as I've never had a problem with orders from here before.
Guess I'm going to have to find a new place to order my favorite sandwich from.

This place is awesome, the food is always amazing it's pretty decently priced I got a Oreo shake and the worker spilled the shake while making it and because I had to wait a few extra minutes they gave me extra baby cookies, these people are top tier

I had to ask the sub artist to change his gloves after touching money he was going to continue making my sandwich with the same gloves won’t be returning to this location. Not sanitary.
Blonde girl was very friendly and accommodating. 4 for food just because you don't get as much as you used to. Original used to be as cheap as the Skinny option.

Oh no, Potbelly, do better! The "sandwich quasi modo maker" not the cashier wearing a name tag saying Sandwich Maker but the guy that makes the sandwiches. Please have an ethics training because from the bottom of my heart, I thought he was hard of hearing. He totally and blatantly didn't mind my request for lettuce. I had no idea of the true structure of the restaurant because after my order was taken no words were spoken. Please add a Please and thank you Un the training because sometimes you never know who's at your door. Plus, it's just good business. But don't worry, I'll make sure never to return! Doc mcstuffins and quasi mohump won't ruin my humpday! Do better!

I literally went everyday on my break since December 2024, most of the time my order was correct but missing an item. I would call to let them know and won’t get a refund and let them try again to only mess up when I clearly stated what I want on my sandwich standing in front of her and if I order/pay a avo turkey with cucumbers and state what I want I should get and they miss an item(cucumbers/avocado) all of the time (the manager lady most of the time)! That means she is NOT LISTENING OR PAYING ATTENTION to her customers or the orders! Then today I get a sandwich she ask what I want she clearly mess up, I go for a refund this afternoon $6.89 and she tells me (A loyal customer) to NOT come back because they can’t get my order right and I wanted a refund! Like discrimination at its finest and says I do surveys and give bad reviews and I only have done one to get a free cookie and it was a Great review for Sarah! She is very rude and unfair to blame me for doing something I didn’t! Be carful shopping there, it’s not my fault you or your workers can’t listen or prep orders! I will be contacting corporate because this is not fair for her to do this to customers when it’s clearly not my fault my order was not correct and I wanted a refund this time!

Went in with my large family and put 2 tables together. We went to leave and was yelled at across the restaurant from a young girl asking us to put the tables back. There was no one else in the restaurant, and all the employees were standing on their phones the whole time we were eating. I have 3 young kids trying to juggle getting them out of the restaurant. I have never been asked to move tables back out of all the places I have been. We never got a have a nice night or thank you from the workers there. Bad experience.
