Paul and Joey are absolute TREASURES. Joey is always so fun and friendly and I don't think I've ever seen anyone work harder than Paul behind a Starbucks counter. These guys need raises.This is not my "regular" Starbucks since it's not that close to my house, but I really enjoy coming here once a week and saying hello to the crew.Thank you all for making my Tuesday afternoons so special and I will miss you very much when I move away!

This store needs to stop implementing delivery services. It is clear that this location isn't efficient or equipped for any type of delivery service. It's always overcrowded and have delays. There are pools of customers waiting for their drinks as far as the front door. It's disheartening to see that even with the convenience of DoorDash delivery, the service fails to meet basic expectations.On my recent attempt to pick up a drink for a DoorDash customer, I kindly waited about 15 minutes before I asked a barista if the customer's order was in their system, and they had told me that there's a 40 minute wait. The unreasonable delay forced me to unassign the order, wasting not only my time, but also that of the customer. It also effects delivery drivers' ratings and pay when we are forced to unassign orders. Too many of these can get us terminated by the third-party delivery service.I hope Starbucks address the issue and consider turning off their third-party delivery services when the store is backed up.

What has happened to Starbucks. I used to be a customer, the very reason for their existence. Now I am a customer, the bothersome thing that is getting in the way of them filling online orders. Sorry to be a bother. No stoppers at Starbucks? Stickers? Maybe I will start getting my Sunday morning coffee elsewhere.

This is a great location. The parking lot is kind of weird and the drive-thru setup is a bit difficult for bigger vehicles, but that's pretty typical these days. Other than that, they're always very friendly and my drink is always perfection !

This place used to have (2months ago) the absolute best customer service and best staff for making the Starbucks menu properly and it’s gone so far downhill, I’m willing to drive 20 mins even though I live 2 mins from this location. It’s night and day from what it was over the summer. They have zero clue how to make cold foam and I pay $2 for it, on every drink. Every time I grab my drink, I make sure to tell them thank you, and I’m sincere as I know how stressful the job can get. But they’re so arrogant that they refuse to even acknowledge you. I HATE complaining but this isn’t one time. I’ve seen how unfriendly they are for 2 months and shouldn’t be doing anything related to customer SERVICE! I tip very well and the staff over the summer was extremely friendly and we built up a great report. I would smile every time I left because they were so great. This staff is atrocious and it’s been like this every single day for the past 2 months.

Just stopped and got my usual but the staff was great and my coffee was perfect!
I visit this Starbucks with friends or for quiet work time. I appreciate the various types of work spaces (high tops, gathering tables, and small comfy chair and ottomans clustered as well as outdoor metal table seating). The service is usually good, although I must say today I got my teen a special treat of a strawberry acai drink, and the lid had what looked like brown in it...coffee I suppose. Overall, a great place to gather.

It was busy as there was a big part outage and everyone wanted wi-fi and phone charging. Nonetheless, the service was surprisingly prompt and friendly. They were working very efficiently. Great staff!

Incredibly frustrating. Every visit has been slow service, forgetful and not friendly staff. The location is big so that's a plus but you have to wait 20 mins for a drink. Drive thru seems to be faster since they don't want a backup. If you go inside, expect to wait.

One of the most hospitable Starbucks I’ve been to. Lots of varied seating areas. Drive thru. Typically excellent baristas. This visit I was looking for a canned/bottled coffee drink but they are not stocked — found out later that those drinks marketed by Pepsi so I get why Starbucks wouldn’t stock such drinks — they’d prefer we buy freshly made equivalents. I would have preferred this too but I was on a long walk and could transport a cappuccino.

I frequent this Starbucks. The baristas are always super friendly and seem like they enjoy their jobs. Great service! However, I've had my drink messed up more than once - often with wayyy too much sweetener to where it's gross. Check your order before ya leave!
