By far the worst Subway location. The people who work here do not actually want to work and that is obvious. They no longer allow customers to use the bathroom and they are very rude (this includes the owner who I’ve had a negative experience with in the past).Today when I went inside they were out of everything except turkey and ham. When I asked why, the woman said, “I don’t know, but I told you want I have. Are you gonna order or not?” I said that I would not be ordering. She was perfectly fine with that. I will not return and I hope this location goes out of business.

Avoid this location at all costs! Out of mayo out of tomatoes half the staff sitting in the lobby with their heads down and a “manager” Behind the counter on a phone call too busy to take your order. The young lady that assisted me with my cash app was very helpful, other than that Never again!

For One the hump back wale that was suppose to greet me had the biggest attitude and kept saying how she didn’t want to be there and taking for ever to take my order and rushing me the other one you couldn’t even tell worked there you would’ve thought she was going to a sneaky links house wearing all pink sweats and they charged me $15 for one sub I go to subway a lot my sub is never that much overall don’t go to this Dirty location.

They only had wheat bread. Out of all fountain pops. I ordered the garlic aoli sandwich, she waited till the end to tell me they were out of the garlic aoli sauce?. We will never go there again.

As a 3rd party delivery driver this used to be one of my favorite Subways to pick up at. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The orders were almost always ready when I arrived and accurate. With the included chip's, cookies and bottled soda if that was ordered.But no longer. I accepted an offer here Wednesday 6-14. When I arrived only the sandwich was in the bag. So I asked the young lady behind the counter and her reply was well get a cup and make it then. I said I'm not supposed to as one I don't work for Subway and two that's a health code violation. She got an attitude and told me it wasn't and other driver's do it all the time. So I said fine unassigned the order and left. Because the offer for the order wasn't worth her attitude or having to do her job as well as mine.I have picked up here and other Subway's well over a hundred times. And NEVER have had to pour a customers beverage. There has ALWAYS been a 20oz bottled soda/soda's included in the bag. So after that interaction I have rejected 6 other offers for this location. And I have started to recommend to other driver's to avoid this location. Will it matter? Probably not but as I can't get the Franchise information for this location I don't know any other recourse.
Went to wealthy street Grand Rapids subway today and they refused to make me six sandwiches. They said they didn’t have help and would only take Door dash orders. Why not just lock the doors. The girl said they would not take any orders until more help arrived. POOR CUSTOMER

Loved the Philly cheese steak! The staff were very accommodating and worked quickly. Something I HATE about the place: the bathrooms (both at once?! ) have been "out of order" for WEEKS!Vegetarian options: There is PLENTY of ways to get your veggie on at Subway. Plenty of cheese, vegetable, and condiment choices.Dietary restrictions: Menu is well marked out and potential food allergy issues are addressed.

Was told the only way i could get the deal i wanted was to order online. After the 4th attempt and several error message online i walked out. Staff acted like i didn't exist. No help what so ever.

50 minutes from order to in-store pickup is crazy for a sandwich. Especially when I’m sitting there for 20 mins watching you make 20 for people in line. Get it together.
