The Manager kept telling the cooks not to make food for people who were in the restaurant and to only focus on the drive through customers. Like 5 people sat in the lobby while this dude refused to serve them. Personally I would fire every manager at this location amd start over. Maybe just close the building and call it a day on this store. This staff is a joke almost every time I try to come here.

Alllll 00000000 if I could. Worst experience ever. How are you going to accept an online order and take payment but then play you ain't got the order ? so you just be taking other people's money for ya'll lunches or dinners tabs? ?? No refund no food not even a number to resolve the situation.

Plainfield is much better! I'm editing my review because they nailed it this time. I believe in second chances. I'll order again and if they keep doing well I'll keep upgrading my review.Vegetarian options: Bean and rice burrito is a great value. I'm not vegetarian, but I order it because of taste and value.

Usually a long wait in drive through lane. Commonly out of various drink products.It's about 50/50 at this location as to whether you are likely get your food as ordered. The eating area is usually less than clean.Apparently employees are allowed to bring their children to work and they're commonly bouncing about the dining area screaming and playing. My most recent visit included an employee chasing her child around the eating area as he screamed and they played hide and go seek. It went on for 10 minutes. I'm crossing this location off my list.

All new low here. Came to get a delivery order and after waiting 5 minutes I asked and I was told that they were waiting on beef and it would be another 5 minutes just before the beef was done. How do you run out of something that goes on almost everything that goes out of your restaurant???This is literally the WORST Taco Bell in the city. The lack of professionalism by the staff is obviously learned from the management. Especially if you are an online order. No hair nets, unprofessional music, rude staff, rude managers, 10-15 minute wait times for simple orders when they're aren't any other customers. And that jumps to 20-30 minutes if their are people in the drive thru, and the food always looks unappetizing. Definitely avoid this location if at all possible!!!!

Literally the worst Taco Bell in the world. Closes sporadically, messes up orders all the time. I've ordered a steak chalupa three times in a row and every time it's beef. It's literally comical.Everybody downtown here knows it's garbage there. It like that movie when the babysitter is dead and the kids can do whatever they want. But in that movie the kids figure stuff out at the end but not so much with this TB it's been bad for years. Now that the dining room is closed you can see the employees eating in there (bet their orders are correct) and it's a mess in the dining room. Customers seem to frustrate them.... I am going to save up and open a TB right next door, would not be a market saturation concern because even though there is a TB physically right next door there really isn't one that serves the community so I'd be fine. It's to a point where they should just have being incompetent be there niche, like those restaurants where tourists go to be treated rudely, they got the groundwork in place to do that...

Good Luck! Took them 15 mins for Mobile pick up order. There's no leadership here or pride. All you hear is employees cussing. very unprofessional.. Even door dash dislikes this place. Won't be back ever ?

Was about 11pm. Multiple workers talking in closed down lobby. In the back workers were doing closing tasks two hours before close; instead of helping customers. Absolutely massive line to the street, nobody inside even cared at all. No sense of urgency. Employees should not care about closing tasks until later on in the night. They need more people on the line, not sitting down. Border foods needs to examine this location. At least put a manager in the building that can somewhat lead the team members. Lame.Edit: Go there after 12pm. They will make food faster than 30 minutes. More motivated to work since they close at 1 am.
