Absolutely terrible experience the place is FILTHY crawling with ants and spiders and dead bugs. The tables/floors/rugs are absolutely disgusting layered with dirt and stains. The bathrooms are even worse the sink had brown stuff in it and the floor has urine and the toilets were disgusting. Do not eat or give your business here drive down the road to the next one if you can. Not to mention how rude and uncleanly the employees and management are with not changing their gloves or washing hands after using the bathroom. Coming from an ex employee at this location who came for a snack it hasn’t gotten any better it’s disgusting in there. There are many other places for a good cheap lunch/dinner. DO NOT EAT/SPEND MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

Asked for 12 fire sauce as I got a lot of food and the sauce packets are slim. He gave me 3 and I asked for more then he reluctantly gave me 3 more and then slammed the drive through door on me. I am so confused. Never had this issue at any other taco bell in my life. I'll somehow make 6 fire sauce do I guess? Pretty sure dude was manager too. Happened at 1:30 pm 11/15 order number 234. Even says 12 fire sauce on the receipt but he very seriously only wanted to give me 3 for some reason. Insane.

Well I order a soft shell taco supreme and as soon as I opened it a dead little insect was right there I almost bit into it luckily I didn't but seeing that ruined my whole family appetite bc if it was in the lettuce or tomato then chances are all the veggies done had that bug on

I used the taco bell app and drove to several taco bell locations until I finally found the right one and the lady their first told me I could switch the location and that they other locations should have told me that and she gave me a large Baja blast instead of a medium because I drove all over trying to find the right taco bell it was the taco bell in cascade if I remember correctly but it was kinda a funny experience they had my food ready obviously since I took forever but that was funny definitely appreciated the size up cause it was a lot driving around but yeah good experience ?????

Always fresh, always accurate. I order through the app, accumulate points, and use those to get free stuff. Such a deal!I love that I can customize things like my Mexican Pizza (no beans, extra meat) and it's ready and perfect when we pick it up.Staff is always friendly and accommodating. They really seem to have their act together at this location.
