I don't write a lot of reviews but I had a particularly negative experience as a door dasher at this taco bell. I walk up to the check in window to get my order and the worker there with a bunch of face tattoos yells at me "the lobby's open stupid!". Goes on to rant about how stupid he thinks I am simply because I did what I do there everytime to pick up my delivery. Not cool. Don't work in a customer service position if you're not gonna treat others with respect. I am simply trying to get my job done without being hassled by disrespectful people. Thank you to the other worker who gave me my order.

Messing with someone’s food is like messing with someone’s money in this economy. The Chips/Cheese were missing, no potatoes in the Spicy Potato Soft-shell taco(?).I’ve never been so turned off by food before.Dietary restrictions: They won’t adhere to special alterations, even if you pay extra for it. Not sure why the owner of the location would pay the employees when they don’t even put in 30% effort.I hope the employees at this location knew: If you don’t like your job? Leave, no one is forcing you to stay. Don’t sacrifice the food people bought with the money they worked for.

they got my order completely wrong then replaced my meat for my husband’s steak bowl my husband is allergic to chicken and when we called the store to tell them we asked do you guys jus replace the meat when your out of it they said yes and we explained that it can cause serious health issues and why didn’t they call us they were rude to us when weren’t hung up the phone mid conversation so i’m writing a review about how my service was . This is business must not be cooperate own because this is not cooperate quality !!

Easily the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. 75% of the time the order is done wrong or with bare minimum effort put in to making the food. I would have stopped going there years ago but it’s the closest fast food restaurant to our office. Today was the final straw. Pulled up to order and was told the worker was alone and had no help so the restaurant was closed. When I was leaving I could see other people working. Save your money.
These people do not want to work. They just want to get paid to do nothing. Period. I have never been so disappointed with food service in my life.Don’t bother trying to DoorDash, that took over 2 hours when the app said 25 minutes (I cancelled it eventually)and don’t bother going there. They said “something” was broken and they could help me. All excuses. Laziness is all I’ve gotten.

The night crew is absolutely horrible, they stand around play with their phones start fights with a customers I have one time seen them eat the customer's food in front of them behind a locked door. How it is at anybody can get away with this is beyond me. Taco Bell is absolutely pathetic when it comes to customer service at this location. The food, when on rare occasion it is given to the customer, is edible but is consistently wrong. I've seen them make customers cry about yelling at them and throwing the food back at the customer. This is a horrible locationKid-friendliness: This is a great place to go if you want your children to learn how to swear more effectively

Slow service and I've never been to a place that can't except cash card only then you will be in the drive thru for about 30 minutes when there are 1 or 2 cars in front of you alpine taco bell is way better service but it's just convenient cuz it is

I'm a door dasher and I've worked at this location all week. It's one of the only places open after midnight.I watch the workers make the food and leave it on the counter for hours literally going out of there way saying they don't want to talk to us. And they won't let us thu drive thu.This taco bell. I have personally watched during a late night rush just walk outside and say we're not making any orders for the next 30 mins after making us wait 40 mins just to see who's order we have and have a good fun smoke break leaving an audience to watch.I have also personally watch them let a dasher wait an hour just to look at his screen and say. We already gave that name out hours ago. We're not making it agin.I have also personally watched this taco specially make door dash orders for there friends that pull up in a black suv and the guy in the Bob Marly sweater that works at this taco bell let's them in the lobby after hours just to chill and make everyone else watch. As they can't receive there orders.This store sucks and creats such a toxic environment they are begging to loose business.Next week I'm uploading videos of this monstrosity.
