2 times in 2 weeks I didn't get a sausage patty on the breakfast crunch wrap. Both times they put a 2 or 3 small crumbles of sausage. First time I went back and they said it was a mistake and replaced it. Second time I'm calling it a loss and not returning. This is not a mistake. They scamming people on purpose.

What in the actual heck happened to the chips for the chips and cheese? They are absolutely disgusting now. However, this is the fastest taco bell service ever. Also spotless, super clean. The chips taste so awful I can't go more than one star... Also it's not just this location, they taste the same all over Grand Rapids. I ate them for years and now I would rather eat garbage out of a trash can.

We were not greeted when we walked in and had to order on a kiosk. The person in our group that used a card got their food right away, but the rest of us had to wait for a person to come and take our cash before they made our food.

Ordered breakfast on the mobile app before going inside. Went in, told them my name and that it was a mobile order. It took more than 15 minutes for them to hand me the food. 2 others walked in and picked up mobile orders while I waited. Guessing about 4 cars in the drive thru, so they weren't all that busy. "Sorry, your order got bumped. Here's 2 extra Cinnabon Delights." Terrible service. 15 minutes is reasonable at a steakhouse. Not at "fast food." Never. Going. Back.
