SUMMARY: If you're desperate for Mediterranean and don't want to spend a lot of money, this place is fine. This place is a fast food take on Mediterranean (literally, there's a drive-thru, so it really is fast food). It's fine. If you're looking for typical restaurant-quality stuff and those complex and fresh flavors, you won't get it here. In fact, my favorite item was the pita chips. We did beef shawarma, chicken shawarma, garlic sauce, spicy cilantro potatoes, and falafel. It was...fine. Everything was "fine", and very basic. Some complaints: - We ordered the chicken shawarma with specific add-on toppings. We did not get any of these toppings, despite the girl repeating them back to us. So I assume she put the order in correctly and the "cook" just didn't pay attention. - The "spicy" cilantro potatoes are not, in fact, spicy. They're pretty light on flavor overall, really. - The beef in the beef shawarma seemed to be ground beef. The menu shows slices, and that's what you expect when you order beef shawarma. The girl taking orders was pleasant. Helpful and patient and upbeat. I think this place would be better if it had a buffet. As it is, the best thing I can say about it is that it's probably the least expensive Mediterranean food you'll find, which makes up for the pretty middling experience. Think Taco Bell, but with shawarma instead of burritos. I guess we'd come here again, if looking specifically for cheap, fast food, not very flavorful Mediterranean. In general, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else asking for Mediterranean.

Visited here for the first time today and I am so impressed at the kind staff that work here. Walked me through their menu and she was just a very sweet person. Food was fantastic too. Will be returning! :)

This is the best falafel I've had in the area. They don't mess around with portions either. I received plenty of hummus for a side and the pita chips were perfect. We will be back!

Kaylee was awesome and they are lucky to have her. She took our complex order on New Year’s Eve and couldn’t have been sweeter. The food was great and we are Armenian so we know from middle eastern.

Kaylee was outstanding! She was knowledgeable and friendly. The food is delicious and half off on Tuesdays! I'm so happy that I found this delightful gem.

Kaylie was extremely friendly. We got there just before closing at 10:00PM and she still served us. Very good food and service. Also bonus was we came on Tuesday which is 1/2 off your order. I highly recommend this also as a healthier option.

Kaley was super dope. We swung through while out Christmas shopping up from Kalamazoo and she treated us wonderfully. Falafel is great, not dry like a lot of places.

We got 3 pita wraps to go so we could eat at the park because it was such a nice day. First of all, I am giving room 4 stars because I am giving it grace during the pandemic and realizing the potential of what could have been an amazing dinner. : chicken Katoom wrap - very dry meat : chicken shawarma wrap - the best of the three wraps : steak shawarma wrap - dry but lots of meat What I loved: - there was a lot of meats and veggies in all the wraps - my first time eating Mediterranean food and it was delicious flavor - pita chips were very good and crispy What I did not love: - it took 25 minutes at the drive thru. We felt uncomfortable because there were cars behind us. - the "garlic potatoes" are just deep-fried home fries, it was not Mediterranean and not good - all the wraps broke apart by the time we ate them so it was very hard to eat - the hummus had no flavor, tasted like chunky butter I believe in Toom. Once Covid-19 passes, let's give them another chance.

So glad to have finally tried Toom! I was looking for an easy but tasty pick-up option for Friday night and Toom hit the spot! First, their online ordering through their website is user-friendly and concise. No glitches, easy menu, etc! I was able to pick up my order through their drive-thru which I love during these pandemic conditions. Their combo meals are an insane value. I ordered two meals for just near $25 and it was a ton of food. Falafel is good. It's not my favorite in the city but the hummus bowl I had it in had so much hummus and tasty veggies I was ok with it. The garlic dip and Tsatziki are both delicious- I'd order extra pita chips next time. Will totally come back!

Finally made it over and wish I had sooner! What a great spot for tasty and fresh food, prepared fast and at a great value. For right around $10 I got a beef shawarma combo meal (side salad and coke). I went with the bowl, got the red pepper hummus base, with radishes/pickles and extra sauce for my options. The veggies were pickled, the hummus spectacular and everything mixed together was a mouthful of flavor in every bite. Truly an amazing unique cuisine at fast food pricing. Highly recommend

The food was good. I think it's pretty much what you would expect for Mediterranean fast food. Kaylee took our order and helped us and she was great! She was very friendly and bubbly. She asked questions to make sure we had everything we needed. I would go back again :)

Great food, so nice to have a healthy drive through option. Kaylee was very helpful and personable. My wife and I both had chicken dishes. Stuffed grape leaves were perfect texture and taste. Hummus was really good too. Cannot wait to return and try out more options!

Major let down. We were traveling from out of town and were excited to try this place but super disappointing. 2 out of 3 items we ordered were incorrect. We didn't figure it out until we were back at three hotel. Mine was the only one that was right, a beef bowl on a bed of tabbouleh, but it was just okay. I didn't finish it. I'm not sure why you would want herb paste with beef on top. We also ordered a chicken bowl with tabbouleh but got a beef pita instead. Finally we ordered a chicken pita but the pita we got had no chicken in it, despite being labeled as chicken. It was also supposed to have potato in it, but didn't have that either. The gal taking our order in the drive thru was friendly and helpful in explaining the confusing menu, but it was for nought. Perhaps to improve, train your people to thoroughly double check orders, have a better system of checking them before the hand off, or improve the readability of the menu. I will say the ingredients seemed fresh and tasty, but poor execution.
