I was going to eat here until I witnessed an employee picking his nose then continue serving food. The employees are unkept, dirty, unfriendly. We left immediately.

We live right around the corner, and we will NEVER come here again, we keep giving a second chance and each time the food is absolutely horrible, it’s cold, cheese isn’t melted on my sandwich and the bread is so stale. And you call this “baconator fries” what an absolute joke to whoever put this together, oh and the bacon is burnt to an absolute crisp. I’m telling you just go anywhereeee but here for fast food.

Honestly worst experience ever with Wendy's from start to finish. I will start with no one else was in line before me so it was not busy. Gave me price of $7.95 at ordering, then said $9.94 at window, the first was correct, like you juuuust said it to me how did you get it wrong so fast? Gave me the wrong drink, after I got my food i went to parking lot, one of the cheese sauces had a dribble in it, and I do mean a dribble, went back through, asked for cheese sauce to be put in it and was asked to move forward. So you didn't have cheese sauce and instead of just saying that and giving me my money back you tried to rip me off. I said no thanks and asked for the money back at which point the manager stomped and over and goes "Oh my God really?" loud enough for me to hear through the window, gave me my 60 cents, guess you can keep the tax, and I went back to the parking lot to eat. The only thing good and hot were the nuggets, burger was horrible, bread was hard and stale, burger wasn't hot, and through all that it wasn't until I was done eating that I realized they never gave me my frosty. 0 stars if I could.

Staff was very friendly but the food was horrible! Patties weren’t even hot enough to melt the cheese and they were burnt to a crisp. Looked like they had been sitting in a warmer for at least an hour. Bacon was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. Very disappointed and Dave would be ashamed of what his food has become! ?

I like Wendy's food, but this particular place is the slowest fast food restaurant I've been to in a while. Always four or five people working, but hardly anything getting done.----Edit 2023 - and now they're short staffed and overpriced. $15 for a single combo and a JBC which didn't make it into the bag. Maybe it’s just me, but the environment alone is the reason why this is my favorite Wendy’s of all. With all of the Wendy’s updating to the modern style, this one is stuck in an earlier decade in the best way possible. It feels good to go to a place that looks old still (but is still upkept inside) Every time I come here I get exceptional service. One time my husband and I went for a date night, and they served us, bringing our food to the table for us and asking if there’s anything else they can get for us. My husband and I were joking together that we were at the 5 star Wendy’s. They also gave me many compliments about my jewelry and smile, being incredibly friendly.

My mind Me and My sister looked at each other in disguise ? and My Family was the only One that was there it was 8:30 in the evening ? ?Parking: Never will we ever return again No Thank You.

Went through drive thru, and they forgot to give us all our chicken nuggets. We were missing a 10 piece. Husband then went inside to get it, rather than going through the line again.
