The show was great. The guys who made our subs was entertaining and very friendly, but he was a gas station worker that didn’t know how to make subs. We got the steak egg and cheese flatbread, he spread all of the meat all over “toasted” it (when we ate it it was cold) and then proceeded to roll the flatbread up the long way instead of in half to make a foot long, it was the funniest thing I’ve ever seen. I tried to correct him and he said no. All the while there was a subway manager in the back who never came up and tried to help him or anyone. I’m putting all of that on her to do her job, terrible location.

There are multiple subways in the area. It's well known locally thus is the worst one. Thought I'd give them one more shot. Tried ordering a pizza sub for my son. They told me they couldn't because the sauce was still frozen. It was 12:30. 2nd time this excuse was used in the last few weeks. Just seem lazy. I'll drive a few more miles to one with better service and attitudes from now on.

AMAZING customer service, I was paying for me and my two teammates after a long day and my card was declined he said it was all good and that it was on him. I offered to pay him with all the cash I had, but he declined and said "it's all good man, you guys are well rounded kids and deserve something for all this hard work, keep working hard". By far the best customer service I've ever received, promotion well over deserved. Thanks to him and his wife, we'll all he eating good and humbly.

The weirdest Subway experience I’ve ever had. Tl:DR Don’t eat here.I go up the counter where there is no-one and it takes several minutes for the three staff to come out from the back. I order the Sweet onion chicken teriyaki and the guy looks at me and asks if I want the chicken in it. Huh? The bread had a weird texture when we opened our subs a few minutes later. The bread was so insanely dry that with every bite it shattered and spread crumbs like it was a confetti canon all over us and the car. The chicken tasted a bit off, the other sandwich was just ok. What a waste of $20.

Walked up to the counter to order food at 10:30 only for the employee to tell me, while walking out the door, that she was going on break. I proceeded to ask if there was anyone else here and she said no I work alone in the mornings. She barely slowed down while walking out the door, didn't seem to care at all. I don't know what to tell you but when you work alone at a fast food place you don't really get to pick when your break is. You have to schedule around your customers.
This subway sucks. Been coming to this place for the last few months and everytime I'm here Subway is closed. Tonight a woman doing dishes at subway and another standing and talking couldn't make food because they were closed due to woman washing dishes. This is my last visit to this truck stop. Go down the road to the next one.

Had to ring the bell to get service. When they came out they were rude and unpleasant. Asked for extra crispy bacon and was completely ignored. Lettuce was brown and wilted, tomatoes were gross. Our daughter asked for extra pickle and they grabbed a large handful and just rudely plopped them in one spot on the sandwich. This person has no business in customer service. They aren’t doing your business any justice. As a matter of fact you lost business. Within just a few minutes after rudely serving two other customers they put the closed sign up. This was at 2:30 pm which is prime lunch time on a Sunday. Fathers Day at that. There were approximately 6-7 customers that came in and walked back out in disgust while we were there. Too bad. It takes a lot to upset me and I’m off the chart.
