Stumbled in by mistake and so glad we did. The owner is incredibly sweet and personable and the treats behind the counter were to die for. We got the banana pudding, cheesecake bites and an Eclair cupcake and they are divine. Never had such a creamy and flavorful pudding!

Got the Strawberry Crunch Cake Cheesecake from Chelsea Cakes in Jackson Michigan today. Wow this was absolutely spectacular! I also got their Lemon, Red Velvet and Chocolate Peanut Butter cupcakes which were also wonderful. I highly recommend them and the owners are also so lovely and kind .
