They tried to fit 5 adults with winter coats in a booth. The lighting was poor. The garden vegetables were bland and flavorless. The stuffed mushrooms were tiny, bite sized. The Langostino lobster artichoke and seafood dip was salty. The side salads were kid sized portions. The lobster mac and cheese was more cheese than lobster and mac. The biscuits are, well, their signature. They were great, even though we had yo wait 10 minutes for them to be made and brought out to our table.

Compared to the Lansing red lobster this location is 5 stars. But I had one item (out of 5) that was slightly over cooked. I'd give 4.5 stars if it whould let me

Was my first time ever going to Red Lobster I was expecting a lot more than what we got. The lobster was stone cold along with the crab legs. The cheddar biscuits were the bomb and the only reason I'm giving it a 3.

I have always had great experiences here in the past but today was terrible! We usually go between 2 and 3 in the afternoon to avoid the crowd. Today we walked in and set at the bar and there was 1 other couple sitting there and only a few tables. The bartender, Ashley certainly made it clear she didn't want to be there. It took her at least 10 minutes to even greet us and get our drink order. We ordered a blue moon and she gave us glasses the felt like they hadn't been washed and no orange. We decided to move to a table since we felt like we were an inconvenience to her. The waitress, Britney was much more pleasant but the food I ordered wasn't. The Caesar salad was so wilted it was like mush. I also ordered mussels that came luke warm and the toast was like old or stale, terrible! Absolute worse meal I've ever had there. It will be awhile before we go back

It's Red Lobster... nothing overly exciting about this location compared to others. If you've never been, they have a huge selection and variety of seafood dishes...all delicious!

My mother and I ordered two different types of entrees both seemed \\\"old\\\". The sauce for the crab pasta was watery and tasteless. Her lobster and crab legs were cold and also spongy/watery. Her rice was under cooked and crunchy. The broccoli and asparagus were \\\"woody\\\" and inedible. I ordered the special drink mix which came with a free glass. It was HORRIBLE. The waitress seemed high and just had a dopey giggle with every complaint we had. We sat 15 minutes waiting for a manager. When I questioned our waitress about the manager she said \\\"oh nan I totally forgot\\\" and then went on to a different table... ?? Very odd behavior. Was entirely dissatisfied with the food, cocktail and service.

The service has gotten MUCH better here than it's been in previous years. Each time we've been here in the past year, our waiters have been attentive while still giving us time to decide and eat. The scrimp scampi is so good! I always have to order it when I'm there. Every time I've been there in the past year, my food has been cooked to perfection. Their burgers are delicious, their steaks are divine and the signature seafood is to die for.

Went to lunch today to celebrate a friends retirement, endless shrimp Monday.... like maybe 20 more people in the entire restaurant. After ordering like two times, the waitress seemed to be scarce....pretty much ignoring our table..... isn't endless shrimp pretty much ordering till you are full? Is that your policy to be scarce after a few orders are placed? That's misleading. The last two I ordered were burnt and the other cold..... very disappointing. Also I ordered to go, a shrimp Alfredo linguine that had no Alfredo on it.... I am very turned off by the service and the quality of the food.... next time I will choose another location. Five years ago, it was MUCH better.

So bummed with our visit this eve. We are from out of town and stopped in for dinner while staying a a hotel close by. Waiting super long for dinner only to get two of the 5 orders cold. Not just a little warm but super cold. Manager came out and and settled it by taking the dinners off our bill. Then acted offended when we handed her out plates with the cold food. The waitress we had was very apologetic about it all. Much more than the manager.
Went with my daughter & always started out with the wonderful lobster & artichoke dip w/chips. The salmon is perfect along with a sparagus & an ear of sweet corn yum yum

Ordered surf and turf lobster was brought shrimp.Brought to there attention they said they get it fixed and then potatoes on plate was ice cold. Brought to attention was brought new potatoes. When started eating them there was something in them that cut my gums brought that to there attention and waitress said she would bring the manager over.Never saw him,now at this time they finally bring me the missing lobster that I had ordered.Now this was the first time I ever was in a red lobster wasn't impressed at all and nothing to compensate all the issues. Side note the server was very polite and curtious

It will appear that I may be less than enthusiastic of the food quality as I have had the pleasure of living on the east coast for several years. I had the Bay Harbor Lobster Bake and the tastes seemed somewhat bland. The amount was sufficient and the meal did taste good for a chain restaurant. The atmosphere was mild and surprisingly not busy for a Sunday around noon. Our waitress was very attentive and the staff worked as a team, delivering our appetizers, meals and refills of beverages. A good place for a family celebration or taking out a date. Overall, a good experience and I will return in the future. Perhaps future reviews will improve. ðŸ˜
