First time customer and was very surprised that Bert's Bakery - Comstock had so many non food items. There is a big assortment of candles, puzzles, cards, figurines and more! I was expecting a bakery only so the additional items were a bonus. The woman running the business was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return!As for the bakery, I ordered a vanilla cake slice with coconut cream. Delicious! There was a nice selection of cake slices and I think three different types of cookies to choose from. That was all I saw. Don't know if they serve drinks or anything else.

A concise, but wonderful selection of pastries and baked goods that are sure to satisfy almost everybody, this location is also home to Kate's Korner. Outside of the delicious bakery things, you can find a multitude of cool knickknacks and home goods, ranging from trinkets to a plethora of candles.

Really would love to give them a 5. I knew Bert and I've been a customer for nearly 30 years. But to allow free access to their tiny shop and not require masks was an "oh hell no" moment. While all but 1 person in there had on a mask, there were WAY too many people in there (open house sign out front) and those who were in there had no concept of what 6' is nor how to wait their turn. I was glad I just had to pickup an order.
