They won’t allow you to place orders over the phone to save time on the way to work, but they tell you to place the order through door dash for pickup. And when you do that you WILL be charged MORE than what the menu prices reflect.

Used to love coming here because the people and drinks were amazing. However, upon being charged to have a pupcup (and yes we tipped well) I am no longer coming here. :( Why are you charging for a cup of whipped cream? I’m taking my son elsewhere. ?

Drinks were good. Asked if I could "try the turkey sandwich". I probably could have said "the seasonal turkey sandwich" but the girl responded by rolling her eyes and saying "which one". I couldn't find it on the menu other than the quick flash on the advertisement board so I just said don't worry about. Wish she had cared. If she had even asked which one without the eye roll it could have been a different experience. The manager knows who she is; the manager watched it happen, but I'm sure didn't see the eye roll.
