My husband and I visited the Kalamazoo location today! We had never been to Dickey’s Bbq before but we will be back! We had a great experience! The food was wonderful ! Bbq sauces were amazing! The sweet bbq is definitely my new favorite! Staff was friendly and helpful! Keep it up!???

I have been to Dickeys many times, never have I been disappointed. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The environment is warm and welcoming. The manager came up to us as if we were old friends welcoming us home. The food is always excellent and I especially appreciate the fact that I can drench my food in their famous barbecue.Kid-friendliness: Large tables with plenty of space to ensure the likelihood of spills is minimal. Staff and management go above and beyond to ensure a family friendly environment.
The food was delicious. I had the westerner combo with Jalapeño sausage and pulled pork. The wife had the pulled pork with sides of mashed potatoes and mac n cheese.The people working were great. They were extremely nice and helpful when we had questions. It was our first time coming, and we will for sure be back.
Come here every couple of months with co-workers but today was THE BEST. The gentleman that took our order had playful banter and a great sense of humor. Whoever you are- thank you for making our day!!!

This place was our go-to Fri night spot for a few years. But my recent visit was so bad I doubt I'll be back. Dry, overcooked brisket, half serving of fries, and ribs that are still pretty solid. Takeout after a knee surgery, so I didn't even go back. Bad job guys, messing with BBQ karma ain't smart.

My card was declined due to system error, and as I was about to walk away.. BRENDEN pulled his phone out to pay for my food with no hesitation! I was so shocked that he was willing to do that for me. Luckily we tried one more time and the card was accepted.I could see his excellent customer service radiating with other customers and he deserves some recognition!
