Did not like eating from a tin, using plastic silverware, or drinking from Styrofoam cups.

I really enjoyed the half rack of ribs! Delicious!I am sad that you no longer are able to serve theBeef that you are famous for!

It is over priced. We were seated at a table, no one came by to give drink refills or to check on us. We were supposed to get cornbread, 2 pieces with our meal, received 1 piece of Texas toast. Party of 4, soft drinks, total $62, small portions.

Our first time here! The young lady at the ordering desk on Friday night was incredibly helpful and sweet! She took her time to explain the menu and process, as well as suggest a few items. Her friendly nature and positive energy helped make our experience a great success! Food was great, was a little disappointed in the portion size of the mac and cheese side, but it was all very good!

I came to this steakhouse for a b-day steak dinner. They do not serve steak. They serve sandwiches. I chose the 2-meat platter of beef brisket and sausage. 2 sides I chose a Caesar salad consisting of lettuce, 5 croutons, dressing, and a pinch of parmesan cheese. I got waffle fries with 1 packet of ketchup. Moreover, I recieved plastic utensils and my food was brought to me in cardboard containers. The waitress was not attentive to my needs. The covid 19 crisis has brought a new experience to dining out.

If you are looking for a dine in restaurant, AVOID. they have not only changed their menu, but how they run the place. 1) You order and pay upon arrival, not at the table. She said they did this to limit contact at the tables, but this means you end up with potentially a lot of people gathered at the front of the restaurant. Not a great covid response. 2) Food comes on plastic cafeteria trays, not plates. You're given a number so they know how to find you to bring your food and drinks. 3) you are given packets of plastic silverware with a single salt and pepper packet inside. 4) This one makes no sense if these changes are due to covid: we asked for extra salt, rather than bringing extra packets or a salt shaker, they brought us a condiment container filled with salt and no utensil to serve it. Not practical to grab a pinch of salt when others want some too. 5) No one came to check on us at all, ever. If you want a second beverage that costs money you have to go back in and order it. And while the employees were all inside talking to each other, my friend had to inside and remind them he was waiting for his drink. For not having a true dine in experience they should have lowered the prices. We saw one group leave before ordering, and another couple was seat3d near us (outside) and you could tell they were not impressed either. And that's just the experience, they only have the smokehouse items. When we looked online last week they still had their regular menu so this surprised us. The brisket was good, my friends said the turkey was good. The puked chicken was very dry, I brought it home and I'll doctor it for dinner tomorrow. The cornbread muffin was tiny, but that was ok because it was a bit burnt on the edges and very dry inside. There were 2 pieces of Texas toast, but they were under the meat so they got mushy. The green beans were horrible, they added some sort of seasoning that had a kick of spice. It was too spicy and too much seasoning. The menu didn't mention they were spicy or seasoned. Don't think I'll be back. If this is a place you liked prior to covid, and you're willing to put up with the changes, I'd go now. Based on the lack of patrons, not sure how long they will stay open.

With Covid 19 still able to sit down to nice dinner. They are focused on smoked meats. brisket melted in your mouth. Staff distanced and polite. Full bar and Craft beers.

Finley's was a place I used to go for the coronavirus hit were they were a little pricey but it was still worth going to with that being said they closed down redid the entire program inside my son and I went there yesterday to an extremely disappointing return not only are the prices out of whack quality of food and the quantity of the food was extremely disappointed they no longer sell steaks they have a very limited menu the items on the menu I do not see this restaurant surviving and that's a shame because it used to be a place it was worth going to and after my visit there yesterday I will not return when we were in there total of 4 tables and out of those four tables three of the tables had issues with their meal they're completely done away with their wait staff as well but the restaurant has went from pretty good the pretty poor since I reopened after the virus hit

Bring back the old menu. No kabobs, no whips and gravy, no corn, no beefy tomato, no bread. NO THANKS!

Menu is limited and may as we be a fast food joint. Food seemed like it was prepared beforehand and rushed Our pulled chicken sandwich not even shredded. Hopefully better when our health situation improves.

Finley's was a MUCH better place to eat before the recent change. Will probably not be back.
