Sandwich’s tasted like something was spoiled. I called to advise and the guy had no care whatsoever, and didn’t even care to pull my order up to see what was even made. Nor did he try and make it right. Hope nobody gets sick.

Called downtown Kzoo as I was directed to them by Gull Rd location and was told they don't deliver here. I said you've delivered here twice!' Guy said 'well, they shouldn't have...' Disappointing to say the least...

They have gotten so lazy since Covid. First they cancel online ordering for delivery so people start calling to place their delivery orders now they leave the phone off the hook so it appears they are busy. They aren't Ive walked in there and there are tons of people working. They just don't want to do their job!! So disappointing. I called today, got through and he put me on hold for 20 minutes, just hoping I would hang up. Well I did! Lazy employees aren't worth anyones time! If you don't believe me, walk in there you will see tons of employees.

I ordered delivery last night from this location. It had been an hour since I placed my order so I called the store because it said my order was delivered. When I called asking about it, the first time I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. The second time I called, the girl working knew immediately whose order it was and said “oh, no one called you? He was supposed to.” The wrong order was marked as delivered, not mine, she informed me. I said okay, what happens now? She said that we will just refund your order. I said, okay I just want to make sure that I have this right, you were just going to cancel the order and not let me know? I asked when to expect the funds refunded to my card, she said five business days. I asked if I will receive email confirmation of the refund, and the employee put me on hold…for over 25 MINUTES. After being on hold for so long, I drove to the store to see what was going on, and the store was completely closed. I would like communication from the manager at this point regarding my refund and exactly how they train their employees, because I guarantee I will never be giving this location my business again. I would call again, but who knows how long I would be put on hold again. I would give 0 stars if I could. My order number was 6239416399085568 for reference.
