I have now stopped at this location four times over the past 11 months, and every time I’ve been told there is no food available. Each time I was quoted a 20+ to 45 minute wait, with cars lined up outside and people waiting inside as well.I don't know if the issue is cheap management resulting in under staffing, or just general incompetence, but I've officially given up on trying to get a pizza from this location.

Waited over 20 minutes for a hot and ready pizza and crazy bread. The workers in the back were yelling at each other, slamming things around, throwing things on the floor. Overall bad experience I do not recommend coming to this location.

Terrible, and I mean it. Management was terrible, with no accountability. The worker inside used the tongs to flip the pizza into the box pizza toppings flying everywhere. One of the pizzas even were not fully cooked and had to be traded in. Come to find out both pizzas, we received a Slice n Stix and regular hot n ready (the custom light sauce was traded out because the dough was raw) were also raw.. The only unaffected part seemed to be the Italian cheese bread which was not even sliced right with the pizza.

No one helping and very nasty when asking for help. One associate was sitting at the front door in a chair. Strange!! Very rude and unpleasant experience because of the employees! Not ok.

Today was the second time in a row that they got our order wrong or forgot something. Last time they forgot our stuffed crazy bread. Today we got a pretzel crust pizza with pizza sauce instead of a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. Even waited an extra 20 minutes when the app said our order was ready.Parking: Cramped parking

I rate this a 4 star, bc NORMALLY, LC is good. Good service, available parking, clean, food is good quality......but on 10/28/23, apparently, they received an online order for 28 pizzas. A tall, skinny, white young man got so frustrated that he began THROWING pizzas, THROWING pans, etc. He was so upset that I had to personally say something to him while there to pick up a door dash order. The lobby was full of ppl and he is throwing pizzas. So, for this reason only.....I rate LC a 4 star.

It was Saturday night 2 minutes to 9:00 p.m. store doesn't close till 11:00 p.m. they already had the doors locked but was in there making pizzas. Stood at the front counter when we went to open the door and just wave their hands like we aren't open anymore. Just thought the owner should know that choice whom ever decided to close early lost out on business.
