I bought 4 burgers and came home and only the bread was wrapped with the paper nothing inside. No meat,lettuce Nothing!!!!. The staff always look like if their are on drugs, they can barely see and give out the food out. This business should be close or check by human health department!.

No access to bathrooms even though you paid for food. How are you supposed to wash your hands before and after. Table tents were not on the machines and employees, two ladies one larger and the other skinny ignored people and me and were really rude to customers. Food had a piece of hair in it too. An employee sternly said “no bathrooms” even though the sign said you can use it if you spent money there.All in all very angry about the food and inability to wash your hands lol no wonder everything in there is dirty and greasy. Should be ashamed lol

I wish I could give this a no star. They forgot my sauce for the chicken nuggets and some how forgot a hamburger patty on my big Mac. How do you forget a patty on a big mac. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this location.

Hours said open till 4:00am and I wanted to get food and came on at 8:54pm and was escorted out being told “I need to ask you to leave we are closed”…. How am I suppose to give a good review of the food if I am beitn refused service of being sold food?. Also possibly of employees doing

Worst McDonald's you'll ever find. They intentionally lock the lobby during their scheduled business hours. You go thru the drive thru and get the run around too. When I told them NVM and that they suck, I got ketchup packets thrown at me as I walked away. These places is a toxic stain on Kalamazoo. The owner of this franchise knows , and avoids responsibility, therefor he should be sued
Really tried avoiding giving a bad review and tried so many times to get even NORMAL service but serious out of 10 times giving this place a shot only 1 SINGLE time was I treated like a decent human being or with any respect or even NOTICED standing their. Truly THE WORST McDonald's on the planet it has to be hands down.
