Had to of been 30 minutes I waited for my food. My number was skipped as were others that got frustrated. I was supposed to be served before them as they complained and put themselves ahead of me. When I finally received my food I was in a hurry at that point as I'm now behind on my day. When I got to open the rapping I come to find my sandwich burnt to black. I'm not sure how it could get to that point and how someone could "overlook" this. The time it took and the quality I got may have came from stressed and lack of staff, but to serve something like that.. was disrespect. With this respect lvl, this person shouldn't serve food. As I've already waited this long I would've waited longer to actually be able to eat. That was my breakfast unfortunately. Turns out because you guys were busy I didn't deserve breakfast. Even if I paid for it. Going to fast food is to save time not because I desire this meal. Make it at least edible. And I didn't choose your job, if you don't like it.. change it. Don't make the people on the other side suffer.

Kiosks seem to generally be out of receipt paper. Lack of attention to the front customer counter with people waiting. Always seem to be understaffed. At least the drive thru is mostly open now and not closed off during business hours. It's not like that staff isn't trying. They are busting their butts as fast as they can.

I'm not a complaint type person but this location has me fed up with poor management, completely unorganized processes, and total lack of consistency. The employees here are friendly, at least in my experience, but they are CLEARLY dealing with either an inexperienced leadership team or complete lack of oversight. The drive through is "coned off" almost every other time I visit. I understand staffing issues, especially in a climate where less and less entry level jobs are bring taken seriously but not being able to take advantage of the most convenient part of a fast food resturant repeatedly is incredibly frustrating. I'd love to hear from a senior leader of this franchise but with the way it's run, I wouldn't be surprised if they never saw this review at all.

Came in and ordered from the kiosk. My order was a sausage biscuit meal with a large mocha frappe with another sausage biscuit. When I got my order the manager Amber brought my food out and told me that the frappe machine was down so I told her well then you owe me some money back which she in turn said you don't have to be a jerk in front of a store full of customers. I won't be back and neither will anybody from the company I work for.

Wrong hours, refuses to make orders that have already been paid for, and closes drive thru while accepting drive thru mobile orders.Edit: just got my food and they put my fries upside down in the bag. What idiots run this place??

Go in about 9:30 on a Saturday. I notice people standing in the lobby, no one in the drive thru. Before I placed my order 4 different people came in with the wrong order unhappy. 6 HS early college age kids in the back in their phones. One kid at the front counter doing his best, but trying to fix all the mistakes.Finally after about 5 minutes time to place my order. Nothing crazy, 2 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches with a hash brown and coffee. Rang it up. I paid. After about 2 minutes the kid comes back and says we can’t do it.Do what?Complete your order.What do you mean?The people in the back said they can’t do it, we are out of food.I look in the back. The group socializing and in their phones.He offered me a hash brown and coffee. At this point I knew something was up. I just asked for a refund no problem.Went into the connected gas station next door got a coffee.As I walk out some lady orders 10 sausage egg and cheese muffins. Made without issue.If they were out of food, you’d think you’d have a sign or tell the customers. When that lady got her order. It was just an inconvenience to the staff with my order.

Why is the drive thru always closed? And the few times that ordered from grub hub from this location. Everytime my order was wrong. Always missing something. . I think you need new management.

We waited in the drive-through line behind seven cars for over 10 minutes only to make it to the drive-through window and a very rude, female employee tells us the drive-through is closed. I asked why we waited so long to finally be told that, and she stated, very abruptly, did you not notice the cones out there? I said yes, but it looked like it was routing people into the drive-through a different way as there was a whole line of cars getting food. She again stated we are closed and if you want something come inside and then shut the door in my face. . This one needs customer service training for sure.
