This is my favorite location in Kalamazoo. The food is almost always just what I expect, but the service and upbeat attitude I experience in there is the best. If there's a hiccup, they are always set with options and suggestions and always offer me something to make up for my changes order or extra time.I also drive DoorDash locally, and the folks there are always cool and try to give my customers the best they've got, which helps me, too.

Been going to this same location for years. I’ve really been trying to avoid eating here as of lately. Food has been super bland and just strange tasting. My girlfriend wanted qdoba I told her the food has been terrible lately. We ended up going anyway and had our worst experience yet. We both had stomach bubbles and had to use the bathroom before we even finished our food. Trashed half our meals. We love qdoba but sadly this place has fell off big time.

Okk so these night shift/afternoon shift men are AMAZING my order got a little messed up. No biggie, they made it right, had a fabulous chat, laughed a lot. Made my day 10 times better. Would 10/10 recommend getting food from the afternoon crew. It tasted great ?

By the time I got home (5 minute drive and unloading time total) my food was cold. I order nachos, which means it had hot queso. I’ve worked here in the past so I know no amount of topping cool it off that quickly. Very disappointed honestly.
The place was clean but they had 3 employees working and they were slow with getting a few people out of the restaurant. We waited maybe 10-15 minutes for them to take care of 3 people. The food was on the blander side. I’m not a big salty person but would’ve like a little more than what was provided.

The food was good but there was some serious cross contamination going on. The place was the most filthiest place I’ve ever eaten. None of the tables were clean, food all over the floors and walls. Service was okay but the dude put gloves on then touched all over doors and went in the back with them on then came back and continued touching food. Super nasty ? All of the food and veggies were spilled into other food containers next to them. Place would win a dirty diner award.
