Just stopped in. Just wanna thank the barista working tonight I didn't catch her name but she was really nice and generous. Took a sip of both coffees and they are the best mochas I've tasted from Starbucks. Hope she's working again when I come in next.

I live in the downtown area and this is the closest Starbucks nearby otherwise I wouldn’t come back. I come in here and get the same drink, no problems! This morning I ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew and the baristas were rude just kind of glancing at each other smiling and laughing. This snobby type of behavior is disgusting. When you’re a barista you’re typically the first interaction someone has in their day. You have no idea what kind of state of mind that person is in, or what they’re going through. I hope these two girls learn how to treat customers better.

This one's located in downtown Kalamazoo in the Radisson hotel area. Is it big and spacious. Was not very busy at the time I was there. I really like their pumpkin bread.

There's something about this Starbucks. I don't know what it is, but the people working here are always super kind in my experience. I hope they all get a big fat raise, because they've earned it in more ways than one.I have seen them handle some sketchy, outright creepy clientele and somehow keep their cool. They shouldn't have to put up with such weird customers but it is what it is for this area and they handle it as best as anyone can given the circumstance.The drinks and food always come out fast, although to be fair, everytime I've visited here it's been in odd hours and I've only ever seen 3 people on line ahead of me at most.The seating is a typical Starbucks setup, along with some high bar stool type chair and table set ups, as well as more comfy plush seats at normal height. If that's not what you're in the mood for, there's also seating directly outside of the Starbucks within the hotel. It's a nice place for some casual people watching.There are also benches here and there outside of the hotel around the park and whatnot, although there are some shady characters afoot generally, so keep your wits about you if you want to drink/eat outside.

Friendly staff with excellent attitudes. A food item was out for a customer - William made sure to apologize and thank the customer for his flexibility as he offered a comparable replacement. Lily, noting the potential disappointment of this guest’s interaction, upgraded his drinks given the inconvenience to him. A thoughtful response by staff and an excellent example of how customer service can make a pivotal difference in how an establishment is experienced.

We always have a great experience here! The staff is SO friendly, it's very clean. The staff is so respectful of my kids and it has been a fun part of our weekly ritual with swim lessons. The pink drink is delicious and all of the sandwiches and treats always hit the spot!

You wouldn't think a Starbucks in a hotel would be spacious or nice, but this one is! It is like walking into a stand alone store (no drive-thru), and it is even bigger and nicer. The only downside of the visits I tried to buy a gift card for a friend's birthday but they can't issue them. Will visit again though!

The racial bias was real when I walked into this Starbucks this morning. The manager couldn't even make eye contact with me. Even though we were buying customers they kept their focus on my wife who is Caucasian to avoid talking to me. I usually wouldn't have posted anything but stuff like this has to stop! When we left the store he told my wife "thank you for coming in and you have a great day" like I wasn't even there. God please help this nation! Management at THIS Starbucks location do better!
