Walked in and whoever was working just gave me a evil eye and went into the back wearing NO MASK OVER OPEN FOOD!! I love the food here but I am highly disappointed that she was standing under a sign that says wear your mask and she was not wearing hers standing over open food. I was frustrated and left and will not be returning

I am absolutely livid I got a foot-long two pieces of turkey and forgot my tomatoes and lettuce I went in and asked to change it they said they couldn’t do anything about it. So I asked for their name and they took their name tag off immediately and put it in their pocket.

When we arrived we were not greeted by anyone for a few minutes.. when finally an employee came out of the bathroom... the bread was clearly yesterday's bread.. he had somehow "not had time" to cut up ANY vegetables... he forgot to turn the toaster on... Diet Coke was out and had been apparently since last week sometime. Worst sub sandwich we ever had!! Definitely won't be visiting this location any time soon.

The employee named Tyler Ramsey is the only reason I Keep coming back, he’s heckled by the customers day after day for doing his job, he keeps a nice friendly tone and stays respectful he is truly a good employee
