Just went there for the first and last time, got a Mad Mac combo, it comes with a sauce of your choosing...you barely get any chicken and they put the sauce on it on top of the Mac and cheese which made it taste terrible and the Mac and cheese was Luke warm...I ended up throwing it away and I think it's expensive for what you get too. On top of that the person taking my order couldn't understand what I was saying because they didn't speak English well. I'm generally not picky but that was so gross. Fries were good, didn't care for taste of the breading of the small piece of cut up chicken it came with.

Woodland mall in Grand Rapids Michigan food court this place is phenomenal FRESH chicken fried to perfection and the new bowls are DOPE!! Everything was delicious as you can see from the pictures nothing's left there a must try if you're in the Grand Rapids

I’ve been treated poorly by the staff here at Mad Chicken in the Woodland Mall each time I come to pick up food for DoorDash. This particular day and time 12/21/22 around 2:20 p.m., the young Indian lady behind the counter insulted me and made me feel uncomfortable. The young lady made an accusatory comment, insinuating that I would STEAL the food if I didn’t confirm the order on my app before she hands it to me. This was incredibly rude and unnecessary. As a customer and partner(DoorDash) with their business, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately this was lacking during my visit. Not to mention, this was completely embarrassing as there were others in ear-shot distance. I’ve worked in customer service for 10 years and I would never treat or speak to anyone this way. I’ve been to finer establishments to pick up food and I have been treated with much more respect, professionalism, and dignity. I’m here to make honest money, just like her. I hope management or the owner of this business addresses this issue to ensure all delivery drivers are treated respectfully in the future.

Ordered the boneless wings, was 16.99 for 10 wings, i got what i can only describe as popcorn chicken, complete rip off, will never order from here again and i highly recommend you dont

I can’t really say anything good about the food because I never got it. I made an online order and was told my food would be ready in 15 minutes. 15 minutes came I went inside the building to get my food and waited at the pick up every customer that was there got their food and new customers came ordered and got their food while I waited. I told the worker I’ve been waiting here for my order he wanted me to pay and I told him I already paid online he took my name and said the food will be ready in 5 to 6 minutes, another 12 minutes past as new customers came and made orders and also get their food. I was sitting there waiting for 35 minutes. Never got my food.
We absolutely love this chicken my son loves it my wife does too we stop in the mall pretty much only for this it's absolutely delicious when it's out of the fry and freshly made although we have had one problem with the food was very warm to the touch and not very fresh the french fries were very hard we assume this is a one-time problem since this is not happened to us before other than one time definitely the best food in the mall

We ordered two kids meals ($18.99) and dropped a piece of chicken on the floor when sitting down. We asked to get a replacement piece and the employee said they couldn't. We ended up asking for a refund as they were not accommodating to our mistake. Eventually they replaced the single piece of chicken after they stated it wasn't their responsibility as we dropped the piece.Thanks for replacing our piece of chicken but I'll be going somewhere else next time.

Told the wait would be 45 minutes. After the 45 minutes we were not notified so checked in and told our table was being cleaned 15 minutes later we had to ask again about our table and was told it was being cleaned. After some discussion, a table suddenly opened up. Fortunately, the wait staff was very nice and attentive. Food was excellent as usual.

I continue coming back to Mad Chicken for the excellent food. The chicken tenders are hot and well-seasoned with a very crunchy light breading. They are not really greasy; they stay quite juicy. The breading is much better than the average tender by far. Be careful not to scald your mouth eating them- they are freshly made to order and very hot.
