Made reservations for Valentine's day last night. Through Open Table..got to the restaurant and no cars in parking lot. Saw a girl, 1st walking across the lot to the restaurant , then she started running. (To get away from us so as not to have to explain why we cant get in) she ran in the building. I told my husband to go check to see if the doors were open, in the meantime another couple who had a reservation showed up, just as confused as we were. They too went to the door, heard ppl laughing and talking inside. Doors locked. I checked google to make sure they were open and they were suppose to be open until 11pm. (Our reservations were for 845) so...we left. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. There were ppl inside...SOMEONE could have answered the phone or came to the door. Horrible.

Made a Valentine’s Day reservation just to show up and see a sign “closed for remodeling.”

First time here, not sure if we’ll give it another shot. We so badly wanted our experience to be amazing, but unfortunately, things fell short. The food wasn’t that great. Mashed potatoes and the buffalo chicken dip were cold. Like not sitting out cold. Cold as in just pulled out of the refrigerator and not warmed up all the way. The chicken Marsala lacked flavor. The fish and chips were mediocre. The coleslaw had some weird off vile taste. Really wonder how fresh everything is. Given the amazing location on the lake, this restaurant has so much potential.

1st time here. Staff was great. Server made great drink recommendation for us and was great overall…thank you Kathleen! Pizza was decent, btwn 3-4 stars (each slice had only 1-2 pepperoni pieces but otherwise ok).
We will come back. Great atmosphere and fair prices. Staff again was really good.

Ate dinner here and then enjoyed the holiday speakeasy outside. The food was amazing, will say the portion of the bruschetta was very small, but still good. The woman serving drinks in the outdoor area was so fun and engaging. They had little seating areas with card games at each table, it was enjoyable.

Seems like a good restaurant but for summer time only, they’re missing music, it’s to much eco on it, but the most important the food, we ordered a pasta no flavor at all, the Cesar Salad so bad, not even a good dressing, not coming back.

We have a lot of pizza options around here but this is one of the best! ....although we ordered a "Shaved Brussel sprout salad"...and it turned out to be cooked, halved Brussel sprouts...so that was not what we expected.
