Terrible customer service. Waited over an hour for my food that i never got. Brad told me multiple times he would check on the food but clearly never did. Then he went on to tell us we can re order our food and get in the back of the line. Comical I’ll never be back
The food and service are always top notch. The atmosphere is always cold and super busy. Seems like some almost hits my car every time I try to pull in and park.
Parking: People driving every which way! Drive defensively!

Normally I don't have a problem with this location. However the last 3 times I've been it's been a 30 minute wait in drive thru while one lane is always getting cars through. Had a stale bun last time & could fries. I really hope this location doesn't continue this as most of the fast food on this side of town has gone down hill with service & waiting time.
The chicken sandwich is always really good, and the service is very fast, it was a long line but I was only standing there for a few seconds before they took my order, my dad loves the waffle fries and the chicken soup, they were decorated very nice for Christmas too, 10/10
