My husband and I went to this location on free cone day at approx 7:30, There was a car parked & not running, no person inside at the drive through ordering speaker. We thought it was odd, We followed about 3 cars through the drive thru, While waiting to get back onto main road, We were stopped at the pickup window, Where i glanced over and seen total darkness and about three people hiding behind and under counters. How absolutely ridiculous, not only did someone park a car in front of the ordering speaker, close early, leave no sign, & some workers were in the parking lot acting a fool with what i assume is friends, they HID IN THE STORE!I’m glad to say my husband and I took our service over to Twisters, where we got excellent service and great ice cream. I’ll never attempt to go to this dairy queen again.

Was there, today, January 29th, at 1:15 pm and lights were off, closed up.... NOT a way to run a business... was mad as heck. We were hungry after being up all night at the casino. Drove from Battle Creek talking about what we were going to order when we got there. Shame on your use of your website....

I love that in the middle of a snow less winter, my Dairy Queen is open year round. Best place for anything ice cream year round.

August 10th around 5 pm. My girlfriend and I stopped in to get blizzards. I ordered a Oreos mixed with Reese’s blizzard. Had to repeat myself 3 times. As she was rude after the 3rd. My girlfriend had to order still, she wanted Cheesecake mixed with peanut butter. Also had to repeat another 3 times. Lady was rude at the window and both of our blizzard were Vanilla ice cream with barley anything in them. $6 a piece for vanilla ice cream. Haha wow. Thought about going in but thought they are too damn stupid to get it right the first time and it was going to be a whole scene. Ya’ll make mf ice cream. Come on!! Lazy people.

I wanted to order a blizzard but I told her they don't make the kind that I like best: made with whoppers. Nobody makes that one anymore. She suggested she could put some chocolate chunks and some malt flavoring in and make my blizzard that way, and it was great!
The children in my neighborhood treasure this establishment and why wouldn't they? Delicious oreo shakes

I just left this location to get my children a after school snack. I walk into the store no one greeted me. I was given a dirty look as they continued to do what they were doing. I waited at the counter for 4 mins before anyone said anything to me. When I was finally acknowledged she said “ are you ready to to order?” I said yes! She said “ okay give me a second “ and went back to where she was at in the back. I stood there for another 2 mins before I walked out. The hole interaction was rube and unfriendly. Will not recommend this location ever sadly my children goes to school right across the street. It was very convenient for me.

Ordered a large Reese’s through the drive through .. pulled up to the window confirmed I ordered a Reese’s.. and was handed a large Heath instead.. guess paying attention to what is said doesn’t matter.

All I have to say is wow, and not in a good way, there must be something wrong with the coolers there. The blizzards were soup when we got them and the slush is was just juice. I asked about the classic “flip” when I received my blizzard and she replied“We don’t do that here”. It’s no wonder the thing was so melted it would have just poured out, virtually no toppings in my ultimate brownie choco Royal and one small blob of fudge. Very disappointing, 10/10 would not recommend. Someone from Dairy Queen needs to take a trip down there and see how this store is dragging their name. ?
