Gluten free people! Here is the place to go. They have an extensive GF menu and separated food areas. They have family that is celiac so they understand. This is different then any other Flap Jacks we have been to.They are our favorite. The wait staff are great and friendly!

Service was terrible, took forever to get our order taken, food took 30 minutes to come out, our waitress charged us for 3 orders of waffles ($17) instead of 3 coffees. Waitress didn't come around much, I had to ask a manager for more coffee. We were there an hour, and shouldn't have been. Love the food, but every time we go, we get very bad service. Need to hire new waitresses!!!

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Extremely disappointed. Got seated fairly quickly but had 4 different waitresses before finally getting one to take our order. Got our food fairly quickly but it was a let down. The eggs had no flavor, the hash browns were bland, and the bacon was burnt. The “chocolate chip” pancakes were simply pancakes with almost no chocolate chips. $3 for a warm coke with maybe 2 pieces of ice. Unfortunately we had to pay $25 for horrible food and service. Would not recommend. By far the worst experience we’ve EVER had. We will NOT be returning.

This was a decent place for breakfast with very friendly service. It Could be a 5 Star, but theyre a little pricey if you ask me. Breakfast for 2 adults was $24. One of the orders was only 1 egg and sausage. I ordered the Denver omelette (which was good) and the waitress asked me what type of toast I wanted, so I Asked for French Toast. She brought my Omlette and I expected to pay extra for my French Toast which cost $4.29, but what “Shocked” me was that I only received One Piece of French Toast cut diagonally on a separate plate. As I stated, I expected to pay the $4.29 for My French Toast but I kinda expected a Full Order, unless they charge $4.29 per slice... I won’t ever order French Toast from this location again since I don’t believe two slices are worth $8.50. I didn’t blame the waitress for this location’s pricing, and though she Never returned to my table before I left (she was busy, because I think they are understaffed) I still left her a nice Tip!

What a terrible experience. We were sat down fairly quickly, but it took a good 15-20 minutes for our waitress to acknowledge us. After this, our entire party of 4 had cold food, which we then had to send back. Very bad service for being so slow. Will not return, and do not recommend.

Unfortunately had to change this 5 to a 3. Food has always been good and portions too. Zero complaints there. However, the last 3 out of my 4 visits have been very poor quality in terms of front of house service. I get that people and places have bad days and have rushes. 3 visits in row, come on now. Place was far from being "busy". Low chance I'll be back.

Gonna give the old Flapjack Shack its credit. Always enjoy a breakfast there and commend their commitment to holiday decorating- it was festive and impressive. Service is good and they live up to their name - you can get tasty pancakes. Also, to set the mood, I quietly crop dusted the booths around me and my daughter saw fit to loudly tell everyone what I did. Thank you for having a sense of humor.

The food is good with large portions. What stops me from adding more stars is the service.with less than 15 people in while restraunt took over 15 min to be seated. On top of that we were only one on line for the first 10 min. Service was better than normal food at table in under 10 min. Normal wait time is 20 up to 30 min wait on weekends. If you want a good breakfast and don't mind the wait come here.

I have been going to this restaurant for years. Today's experience was not good at all. Understanding that it's Black Friday & that it should be somewhat of a wait is a marginal excuse at best. I was seated within 10 minutes upon arrival. We waited at our table for 15 minutes for our waitress to return to take our order. With no waitress or other employees in site we left. I am not returning & wish them good luck as they are looking for help.
