I preordered a 12 piece bucket, mashed pots gravy and beans. It was steaming hot and smelled delicious! Took me a half hour to drive home and my family LOVED your food! Wish I had ordered from you before now. I will be back!!!!! EXCELLENT!!!!!!! Thank you to the folks at Orleans for spectacular food and friendly perfect service!!!! â™¡

The food is really good. They've only messed up my order once, which is not a deal breaker for me. But they need to have some type of customer service/phone etiquette training. Whenever I call, there is only one young lady that does not sound like she has an attitude or is being huff. For this reason I usually wait thirty minutes to pick up my food instead of the 20 they quote so that I don't have to have very much interaction with them. We loved it! We shared a catfish dinner, and it was HUGE. We had fish left over. The mashed potatoes are real potatoes, even a few lumps! We had the corn on the cob, breaded mushrooms and onion ring too, and they were perfection! We had it delivered, and it came within the time frame we were told it would, and it was nice and hot
