Every time I eat here, someone's order gets messed up. I think it's the same server each time. She's nice, but we never eat together. Even when it's slow.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options are good. They have a few to choose from.

Overall it’s a good place to have lunch. We came here for a quick lunch (they do advertise your food is delivered within 20min) but it did not turn out so quick. Ordered lemonade refills, but server wouldn’t come or check on us, so ended up only getting one refil after the food was finished already. The food itself is good, not espetacular, good - and affordable.

I placed an order online directly from their website. I get a call saying they can't make most of my order because the menu is changing tomorrow.... so they swap out my mapo tofu for Buddha's delight but don't send the rice with it. I also ordered side sauces that weren't sent. They never refunded the food they didn't send.

When I was 5, I went to stay with my grandparents on Shelter Island. It’s a tiny island in the Atlantic Ocean, off the coast of New York. From the perspective of a child who had spent their entire life in the city of Detroit, it was an absolute paradise. My brother & I could walk to the beach every day. As soon as the weather turned from mild to hot we were ready to dive in. I distinctly remember my awe & wonder when to my surprise the water was salty! That memory is one I have been able to call forth my entire life & until last night, when I had the Kung Pao shrimp, it was the saltiest taste I can remember experiencing. That being said, the green bean appetizer we ordered was a true crowd pleaser, disappearing into the mouths of our party of five within minutes. Our server was an absolute gem & checked in with us promptly & frequently. Even arriving at dinner rush on a Friday night, they kept us well tended.& nothing on this whole earth can top the ambiance of P.F. Chang’s. From the smoking, sparkling drinks; the candlelit tables; the wide cozy booths; the truly authentic decor; & of course… the giant horses - it is a true gem amongst chain restaurants.I attended with my very best friends & a man called Jon. Worth every penny.
Love going to Chang's! ?????️?? The atmosphere is cozy and modern, the wait staff are friendly and the food is fantastic! You can never go wrong with the lettuce ??wraps! The drinks ? are superb! You will not be disappointed.

Ate at PF Chang's this evening and was very disappointed. Was told they are in the process of changing the menu. Did not have vegetarian lettuce wraps. Server said menu is changing and vegetarian lettuce wraps will no longer be available. We ordered ma po tofu. So different then previous times I've had it. The tofu was tiny pea sized pieces covered in a dense coating of batter of some sort and deep fried. It was awful. We didn't eat it. We were offered to get another entree but decided to just eat what we could. We were comped on one of our meals, which we appreciated. Sorry, won't be going back there.

For $60 we were hoping for higher quality good. The wonton taste like they were fried in salmon oil. Not at all what I was expecting. The rice is undercooked and tastes old. The chicken, crispy honey and sesame, is alright but it was cold and some pieces were old or overcooked. Waste of money.
