We love Piazzano's for their amazing turkey dinner on Wednesdays, it really tastes homemade! We've been there several times but today we sat near the kitchen and every dish that came out looked incredible! We've also done business with the new owners and they have a fantastic work ethic and dedication to their business. We highly recommend Piazzano's on every level.

For starters, ordered Alfredo w/ shrimp, no shrimp and then she bring 3 shrimps and says, “just add it”, my son in law ordered sandwich with dipping juex, had oil on top and was not good, grandson ordered Mac & cheese, it was really watery. Food was not good. I was regular with old owners and it was always great, this weekend quality and taste was bad. Not to mention one dish was brought out and we all just sat waiting as only 1 dish was brought out every 10 minutes in between. Really bad service. We will not be going back now that they have new owners who are obviously not interested in good food and service!

Visiting on a Thursday evening, we were seated after about a 15-minute wait. Food was delicious, and the kids loved their spaghetti and chicken noodle soup.

"If you can't afford to tip, then just dont eat out." And if your staff does a terrible job, then don't expect a tip. We went out to eat the evening of 8/30 about 7:30, it seemed like they were generally done with the night- wanting to end their shift and start what was apparently the start of a break for the staff. Being a waitress as well, I bust by butt for what I do and also am enjoying a break the restaurant I work at is giving us currently for the labor day weekend. Warning before you go here for an evening dinner: the staff is going to be on their phones talking about whatever instead of paying attention to the customers. Also, the food here is clearly for people with wonky taste buds, the entirety of the food was spoiled by their marinara sauce that literally tasted like Mexican salsa. Don't know if this is a popular thing I'm unaware of but I prefer my marinara sauce to not taste like mexican salsa, the food was just awful. Waitress was too busy eating her own food, and cleaning up the disgust of the rest of of the restaurant to worry about refilling our drinks. It took us annoyingly slurping our ice for her to do it LOL. There was a total of maybe 3-4 patrons by the time we left, I didn't want to tip anything but as a waitress I couldnt do that. She didn't deserve a damn dime. I work so hard doing what I do and I could NEVER treat customers like that even at the end of my shift when I was ready to go.They had a whole hour left before close. Just disappointing to go try new places out to eat and you get the poorest service ever. Waitress was rude and barely talked unless it was to tell some pointless story to her coworkers while I sat their thirsty, long brown hair pony tail, miserable looking face. I could NEVER give that level of poor service. Funny though, the other waitress, blonde, seemed to be on top of things and I wish we had her. Oh well. Do not recommend people traveling through lansing this place is NASTY, food and the inside. Musty as ever. Absolute pitiful food and service, when I saw only old people walking inside and out of it I knew I should have turned around but it was too late LOL.
