They are not open when they’re supposed to. Very unprofessional, there veggies and meats are old. Bread is not fresh. I do not recommend. If you’re looking for a phenomenal sub, go to King Sub!

Honestly the best subway I've ever been to. Especially when Kita is working. She was fast, kind, cared about the orientation of my food and how neat it was prepared. Give that girl a raise.

Please! Teach your workers how to "Chop!" A Salad, Instead of throwing "EVERYTHING!" in the bowl at once and Pounding All of her days Aggression with some Chopper thingy until it Looked Like a Bowl of Mush-Salad! Absolutely Gross!
Most of the time Subway is a pretty good place to eat. However their new sliders are very disappointing. Not only is the bun hard and unchewable not to mention it looks nothing like the advertisement the staff would not even put an extra piece of tomato on it even when we offered to pay. Their new naturally pit smoked brisket made 2 people sick. We have been eating their regular subs forever and a day, never had a problem always love them. But when we had a complaint about the sliders and the brisket we were brushed off like we didn't matter. This kind of turns us off continuing to be their customer

When your in the lansing area stop at this subway. The two ladies there are amazing and have great personalities. Place is clean and organized. Only downfall is its connected to speedway. Still this is a far better subway than holt
