Just left there after ordering a dark roast in the Drive-Thru. The cup was cold to the touch and the liquid inside tasted like it had been sitting on the counter for 8 hours. I've never been served such a cold coffee in my life that was supposed to be hot. I don't understand how an employee could serve a cup to a customer when it was so obvious from touching the cup that it was that cold. What garbage service.

I wanted to update my review! I only upped my 1 star rating to a 3 because of the young lady thats working right now! I wish i could give her 10 stars but Your parking lot is even worse then before but the employee that works midnights is amazing, she is in there alone and keeping a smile on her face while dealing with the crazy ppl you get overnight. She was friendly, helpful & has the most beautiful smile I've ever seen. Most people will only write reviews to complain and I wanted to acknowledge your amazing employee....I just wish I would have got her name but also you still need to fix your lot and your entrance/exit driveway....I can't believe you would even pass an audit because of how bad it is. Original post still attached below.FIX YOUR DAMN LOT! I normally don't get coffee here because I make it at home but I wanted one since I got off work early and remembered you were open 24hours so I drove from woodhaven to get one. 1st I pull in slowly because I did see the pot hole on the driveway entrance but then I get to the drive thru ? I did not see this pot hole because it's raining so I hit it hard and damaged my rim on the front drivers side and it cracked my bumper ? so now I have an unforeseen financial burden because of you! You are a business and it is your responsibility to upkeep your lot. I complained to a few family members that live nearby and they claim your pot holes have been there for months! So now theres proof you knew about them and done nothing.

The thing is, I love the Tim hortons brand. But if you come here understand they will do the following to you; forget items you pay for, fail to fill up your coffee all the way, and leave plastic & hair in your food. They also use old creamer sometimes. I would like to imagine the reason why they suck so much in 2024 is the employees they hire and or bad management.

This typical location wouldn’t be as bad if they would hire people to do their job correctly. I went to get coffee this morning and their no type of sugar and cream that I asked for because they are rushing to close! It should be like that all. I work for one my self and weather I’m closing soon or not, I make sure my customers gets what they want. Something need to be done

I ordered at the drive through, ordered chili and it usually comes with a ciabatta bun. I was told they did not have any, so I asked for other breads and the girl told me they had biscuits so I said that was fine and she took my bag to put one in, when I arrived to my office I opened the bag and was shocked, they had half of biscuits in the bag, just thrown in it next to the glass of chili because they did not have bowls, well I’m curious to know if they picked it up from a former customer that only ate half of it!! I do not feel comfortable eating that. And if they cut it at the counter are they going to serve the other half to another customer.Well me and my employees will never go there again!!! Rather drive further and hoping that other Tim Horton restaurants will use better hygiene practices and not treat you like they would a dog…..

It was the first time using the Tim Hortons app. My cashier was very patient and understanding and helped me quite a bit. Have it not been for her I'd probably still be standing in line trying to figure it out

Went through the drive thru and the service was great! It was around noon but coffee was hot and not water downed or old. I can see why this location has customers waiting out on to Southfield!Definitely great service and

My order is always wrong and when I politely ask for the right thing, the drive thru cashier usually gets an attitude or tries to get me to accept what I didn't pay for. Recently, it's the Brown Butter Caramel Latte. It's supposed to come with a cool whipp substance on top and caramel drizzle. I always order extra caramel.Every time, without fail, they serve it to me with no cream or caramel on top. When I ask for it to be corrected they say it doesn't come with it, then they find someone, a manager maybe? The maybe manager begrudgingly puts a tablespoon of whip and a sloppy squirt of caramel on top and says something nasty before handing the drink back to the cashier.Before this drink it was the refreshers. They wouldn't put the syrup in. Or they would give me a small with enough syrup for lathe because I paid for a large. My sandwich is always cold.Sadly, I can copy and paste this review for the location in Wyandotte, on Biddle.A few months ago I had family visit from down south and I bragged about Tin Hortons. They had a terrible experience and I was embarrassed.To summarize, my order is always wrong, the wrong temp, the service is terrible and I never feel good leaving here.

What the hell is going on with this place!? I typed Tim Hortons on Southfield rd, Lincoln Park mi and the result pops up Clarkston but it shows this place.
