I love this place but two times in a row I am told they ran our of Bobba. A time previous to this one, when I talked to the owner he said "that should never happen we are constantly making more." Today I call ahead and ask if they have it before driving 40 min to be there, they told me " yes we have enough." I get to the place and they say " oh no we don't have any" and after reminding them I am the one who call the answer is " we got busy and ran out" mmm not so sure about that... anyhow dissapontining. I will have to find another place who keeps up with the business demand then ?

this place is wonderful! I recently tried it for the first time and absolutely LOVED it! The service was very good, and the employees are very sweet. The music that plays in the cafe is calming, and makes the experience very nice. :) The food is really good! Especially the chai tea milk latte , and the matcha latte! (My 2 personal favorites). Overall this place is a 10/10 and I will definitely be coming back soon!!

I went in yesterday to pick up an online order. One of the drinks was made poorly and had a very bitter and strong taste. It was disgusting to say the least. When I got back to the car I placed another order online. When I went in to get it, the employee was rude saying she already gave me my order. I told her I placed another order and she finally went back and made it. This place is usually good but now i’m not so sure.

I think they changed owners or something cuz I’ve had many issues recently and probably won’t go back. The door was locked an hour after opening, they make their drinks way too sweet when I ask for half sweetness, and they barely put any milk powder in the milk teas now. Sad because it used to be my favorite spot.

I always get my coffee to go. I haven't tried anything but the hot Vietnamese coffee but it is hot and delicious and my go to place when I am on this side of town.
The place is bright and pretty clean. The young lady that took our order was helpful. We ordered a dessert drink and tea. She disappeared to the back to make our drinks. I like to see what's going on with food prep. First, both drinks didn't have enough ice in them and were kind of warm. It seems like these are syrups with add ons and are extremely sweet and not mixed. Many of the menu options were over 800 calories, which is crazy to me. 2 small drinks were 13ish$. Pricey. I probably wouldn't go back based on price and quality. 2.5 but I rounded up.

Very disappointed, they do not accept their own promotion card when you finally meet 10 cups. I saw some ppl mentioned about new management something, don’t know if they changed the owner or what. But anyway, they should take their responsibility on their brand name or old promotion. We would never come again.
