I don't expect to have staff bend over and kiss my feet for shopping at their store but I would like to at least be acknowledged when cashing out or when they are checking our receipt. They were far too busy talking to each other to even say hi or by much less say a simple thank you.

She Treated me with understanding and and compassion & we resolved it, all while training a new Employee. Companies need more people like Raquel she truly understands customer service. Sure, you've probably seen the joke about "a Costco sized gallon of mayo" or the like, but there's a certain truth to buying some tings in bulk for cheaper prices. Costco had done a great job for many items where you may be getting a lot, bit its in multiple containers for easier consumption. Their in-house Kirkland brand is also very choice--for a generic brand you still get high quality be it food or sundries.
The best place to get the best value. It is hard to explain all the deals that exist, particularly when you realize how good the quality of the goods are. They have great people working there and the management runs a tight ship.

Awesome staff here, two people made my shopping experience so smooth as well as others. But these two particular people helped me out the most. One person is Katrina and I don't know the other person's name, but she works in the clothing department. But both are awesome employees here

I walk in to renew my membership. And the first thing I am greeted with was a friendly and warm smile. Allison is amazing!! She is so understanding and very very knowledgeable. Allison helped me more than she would ever know. I never do anything in large groups for over 15 years now, and Allison talked to me the whole time. She kept me very calm and kept reminding me that I was okay and doing great. I even went shopping for a couple of items. And as I was at the self check out. Allison came over to me. Smiling and said, you made it and I smile back at her and said I Did It!! Thank you so much!! Allison is the very best at her job. I can not wait to see her again for my pep talk.

I have great experiences at this Costco but I've also had some not so great ones. Most of the staff is amazing but now and then you'll get a really grumpy person. The biggest annoyance about this location is how busy it is. All day, every day, it is very busy. I heard its the busiest location in Michigan and I believe it.

Costco is one of my favorite stores. They have high quality merchandise at very reasonable prices. The people that work at Costco are always pleasant and willing to help. We went in at 2:30 pm on a Friday afternoon and they were pretty crowded. We went to the self checkout lane and got out very quickly. We wanted gasoline too but decided not too wait in line though because they lines for gas were really long.
