Spent 5$ on a breakfast sandwich and they wouldn't give me a water. They wanted 1.06$ for a freaking ice water. That's ridiculous. The NERVE to charge TAX on a water?? Water costs you at most 5 cents but now you've lost a customer who comes multiple times a week over a freaking dollar. Ridiculous. They're always rude at this location too. I won't be back.

Old man is very rude. I go here 3-4 times a week and won't be returning. My cold brew taste nasty. I'd rather drive 3 miles out of my way to the 14 mile Dunkin where they are so nice and coffee is fresh!!!!FYI, you should really get rid of the old man!!!

Ordered a cold brew it's strange that this has a weird taste at some locations like this one, maybe it's old or not brewed correctly.

No public bathroom.... working, anyway. Nothing particularly wrong with the food but the service is not friendly at all. They act almost as if you're irritating them by being a customer. They're very short with people. I understand there is a bit of a language barrier but that isn't the issue. It's the tone, and the attitude. They don't seem to appreciate their customers which is quite peculiar for a donut shop since a donut shop is highly likely to have regulars. They do have regulars, but so does McDonald's. Friendly retired men who make the visit worthwhile. I wouldn't recommend skipping this place because the service isn't so bad you'd skip it, but don't go out of your way. Tim Hortons is right next door.

I just tried to order coffee and a donut from here on Thanksgiving after checking online and on the app to ensure the place was open. I ordered through the app ahead of time but when we arrived at the location, the lights inside were out and no one was answering at the drive-through menu or window. We drove around to the front and noticed a handwritten sign on the door that said “We R closed at 6:00pm today.” Someone was sitting right out front in their car, and I suspect it was the employee who is supposed to be working tonight. Very upset and disappointed, as I was still charged for the order and even used an in-app offer that I had been saving. Times are tough right now and every dollar counts for me. If the store was truly closed, I wish the location had updated their hours so that it reflected in the app — that way I wouldn’t have bothered.

This location has no public bathrooms. Yhey claim both are locked with lost keys. Stopping in with kids, it was very inconvenient to not be able to wash hands or use the toilet at an establishment where we ate. Gross.
This place is not open on hours that described. I came at 10:05 there was a guy inside that was ignorig people knocking. There was me and few more people. Would not recommend to
