Hungry Howie's Pizza Corporate Headquarters

So I called corporate to let them know that a driver for their company ( a large semi truck) keeps blocking our drive thru lane at my restaurant. She told me to call the police which doesn't make any sense why wouldn't you just call the driver and tell them to move their truck . After a negative experience with my local Hungry Howies, I was promised a refund for the problems I had faced. I was told that I would receive that refund within 3-5 days and if I did not receive the refund, I should contact corporate.Two week passed with no refund and I finally contacted corporate. They told me they would have the payment refunded within 24-48 hours. I ordered a medium pizza with an order of cinnamon bread. The pizza had a topping that I am severely allergic to. I was hospitalized and treated after being discharged I called and expressed concern. Considering the fact that I could’ve sued , all I did was ask them to remake the pizza on a later date, the general manager, then agreed.
