I never publicly complain about anyone, but the customer service was horrible. As soon as I walked in, the individual taking orders was immediately defensive. I requested service and he told me they “didn’t have” what I asked him for. I couldn’t believe it. So unprofessional.

Been here twice, first time the waiter wasn’t very patient, second time during pandemic they had no fried rice, no shakes, and no fish. The food itself is actually good and I do recommend eating there, but it’s not the best Vietnamese place in town.

AVOID THIS PLACE.. !!! The waiter was incredibly rude and need to learn his own menu. I was for pho house special, the exact item that was plastered in from of his restaurant and he continued to argue and yelled at me. It's sad that this restaurant name is going under because of people that don't want to be there is scarring all the customers away. Go to another restaurant and save yourself from getting attack by a disgruntled worker.

Food is good. The pho soup tastes like made of beef bone. And the mix bowl has so many stuff in it, well cooked beef. The spring roll is also the must to try, it s so crunchy. may be some people confused about the way they treat customers, there must be some misunderstanding and I don’t think he was trying to rude. The Vietnamese food is overall top ranked in Michigan.

Horrible service, he told me to get my own high chair had a bad attitude. I asked what they had and the guy was like give me the number. By the way we asked him to sanitise the table he never did it. Over all bad Valentine’s Day experience.

The service was okay.... Never received a refill on our water.. the womens bathroom stalls did not have any toilet paper. The garbage bin was over flowing with paper towels.. it was only 2pm. My noodles were over cooked. The waitress was rude and dismissive. Will definitely not be going back.

They only do carryout and if you order pho they give it to you cold and expect you to go home and put it in a bowl to heat it because their containers arent heat proof. This was a big waste of 12 dollars for me because i was on my lunch break for work and cant go home to eat it.
This restaurant is on grubhub and allegedly offers delivery, but after I placed an order they called me and extremely rudely yelled at me that they don't do delivery and that I couldn't schedule my order and would need to come pick it up now. Maybe take your restaurant off of grubhub then?! I've never dealt with such rude customer service before. Awful experience.

I called to place an order and was told they were out of several menue items. They told me they were cash only. Ok, no problem. I asked about another item and was told, "You need to figure out your order before you call," and was hung up on. I tried calling back and I could not get an answer. Too many good restraunts nearby to bother with this.

we went there last sunday and would like to order to go and the staff was so RUDE! we’re placing our order and he keep saying we don’t have that so we ask him what do you have? he said nothing so we walk away and he follow us and throw some ice water behind us! Me and my sister went hear to order take out today 9/20/20 around 2 pm and a guy on his 20 is alone. We ask for menu to look and he was short on us. We sat down and take a look the finally I went to the counter to order and he wrote my first order. Then I said # 3 please and he said we don’t have that. I ask what do you have and he was short and rude. I felt like he was irritated that we came in and put him to work. So I said well that’s ok since they don’t have what I want , we left and he followed us out and throw ice water beside side. What a j****

I only have one other place for comparison but this pho was out of this world! I ordered the chicken pho and I ate every drop of it. I was so full but it was so good! The fresh bean sprouts and herbs only added to the delicious broth.The fresh rolls were fantastic too. The peanut sauce is the best I've ever had.Atmosphere is casual and comfortable. Food came out fast and the soup was hot. Our waitress was super frieny and refilled our drinks without us asking. Can't believe how low the prices were! You definitely get what you pay for and more as the portions are large.We will definitely be returning!
