On 3/8/24 I placed an order on the website for delivery for 2 food items and 2 smoothies. When the driver arrived all they had were my smoothies. I called DoorDash who then called the store since I paid the store directly and the store said they would credit my card. No credit was ever issued so I paid $36 for 2 smoothies. Poor poor customer service. Will never go to this location again.

Just went through the drive through and ordered a super green Caesar wrap with a Bahama mama and a side of chips, the lady hands me a straw and a bag with my sandwich and chips in it, doesn't say anything to me and then walks away, she doesn't come back to the window for a few minutes and ask me what I'm waiting for and I said well, I never got my drink that I ordered and she says No, you didn't order it and I said well Yeah, I did you just didn't hear me apparently. Now she wants to charge me full price on the drink instead of giving me the cheaper combo price that I was supposed to have gotten in the first place cause that's what I had ordered. Asks me if I would still like the drink at full price. I told her yes I did want the drink, but didn't want to pay extra for their mistake and then she walked away.Pretty disappointed they could have at least charged me for the drink at the combo price, but there was nothing they were willing to do to correct their mistake.

Putting this review in as it’s the only thing I can think of doing while I wait 40 minutes in a line of three cars to wait for a $22 smoothie wrap. Not ideal given I’m sure the wrap will be subpar as it always is. Just wild to think I could have sat down at a restaurant, got service, and left by the time my smoothie was complete.

I’m standing in line as I type this. Been standing here for 25 minutes now and the employees won’t even acknowledge me. They won’t make eye contact, I’m guessing so they don’t have to take my order or give account as to why they haven’t taken my order. When this store 1st opened it was amazing. But now, the ‘new’ workers they’ve hired, are terrible, rude, disrespectful, lazy, and they don’t even care! Do better Tripical! Hire people who actually want to work!! Oh Also, one of the workers has a giant HICKEY on her neck! I’m looking at it right now! 1/12/24!!!

The level of how long you have to wait in the drive-thru is INSANE. Kinda makes you think there is only ONE person working for the day. I sat in this drive-thru for more than 10 minutes. This is ridiculous and uncaused for. Things sure have changed since "Covid." Seems like these companies just hire anybody.

Been coming here two years they had a change off staff so I stopped coming. Ever since I started back, they have constantly got my orders wrong and have even told me to put my smoothie that was wrong in the freezer to bring it back so they can confirm that it was wrong. I spent hundreds of dollars here it’s the only place I go during lunch, I’m irritated think I’ll go smoothie king if this continues.
