Went above and beyond!! Sandwiches were filling, and very tasty. My kiddo is picky so I got her just chicken nuggets and they were so kind to also include her own little sandwich to try, thank you all.

They close at 4:30 on a Sunday!? it says they close at 6? Every time I come to this place there’s something like this going on. Maybe four times I’ve tried in the past year or so in three out of the four times they are closed at a weird time it shouldn’t be or nobody shows up. Place is a complete joke. Nothing of what it used to be. Obviously it’s the younger kids that are completely different than the past young kids.

I ordered a grilled chicken cheddar sub n broccoli cheddar soup n brownie thy tell me tht don't have the soup after thy tell me tht had it thn the sub wasn't warmed up toasted nuthn this don't look like it taste like chicken I end up throwing bk up the part I did try to eat fries were salty wasted 23 dollars then I didn't ask for broccoli on my sub like really thy didn't listen to nuthn I sd thy act like thy didn't want to be bothered not good customer service at all thn I didn't even receive a receipt and it was drive thru only n I was tryna to gt sum to eat for work smh out of all the tubbys I been to this the first time I ever seen the grilled chicken cheddar sub made like this this not right at all

Steak and cheese was awful meat was precooked and all dried out, onions were caramelized and some kind of brown sauce on meat or just burnt. This used to be the best Tubby's around not anymore, was so hungry but so disappointed. It is a drive through only and don’t know what they did to the meat. Like well done but the meat was beyond that

Food here is pretty good-check.Service here is pretty good-check.Customer Service here is GREAT-checkWhy the low/average review. The LOBBY is never open! Long lines to get food. I understand if this was when COVID-19 rates were high and at the beginning. BUT why now? If its lack of staff that is your owners/manager concern (another review) and am sure trying to address hiring people but in the mean time maybe that owner needs to step up and come in and support their staff. I don't understand why the lobby can't be open during peak lunch hours as well and then shut the doors say at 2pm for walk in's for the day.As a person who is on their lunch break I can't afford to stay in a line for 10 minutes because there are 4 or more cars in line-I drive by.
