What ever happened to hot food? And just a simple hello or any words of acknowledgement when you get to the window? Just hands me my food and doesn’t say a word. My food is never hot or fresh when I go here. So I won’t be back again. It’s straight up disgusting. Today I bit into a hard piece in my chicken nugget. Luckily didn’t break my tooth. Might have had a hair too. Just do better.

Got there at 10:45 today in hopes of getting a fresh Dave’s double and hot fries. Both nasty and lunch just started. Fries cold and burger cold. Cheese not even melted but like old cheese that had hard n dry corners. If it wasn’t $2 I would have went back.Total garbage. I’d rather have food poisoning. Threw it out. If “quality is our recipe” then u need a new recipe book.

ZERO STARSWalk up to the doors...LOCKED.Workers were just leaning on the counter and when I looked at them, they waved me to the drive thru.Worker at the drive thru got upset because I had ordered ahead and went straight to the window. NO ONE ELSE BUT ONE CAR THAT JUST PULLED UP TO MENU BOARD.Worker asked for my name, slammed window, then opened it again to ask what last name. Forgot my drink until I reminded her, then she rolled her eyes and slammed the window again!!!If these people don't want to work fast food...GET ANOTHER JOB!Burger and fries were both COLD! Drink had sat so long, it was covered in condensation and had no flavor at all, mostly ice!

Despite being listed as open at 1am they still took my money for an order I placed 20 minutes ahead and they guy in the drivethrough straight up ignored me and didnt hand out my prepaid order. This was the only place open late after a 17 hour shift and I will not be returning. Do not give them your buisness.

The service here is been less than great not to mention the fact that despite saying that you close at one dislocation is always close. 30 minutes before it is supposed to be, and will still let Uber eats orders go through, despite knowing that in the store hast to confirm the order so I confirm an order if you’re closed and why close 30 minutes to 15 minutes before you’re actually supposed to be closed as an Uber eats driver this is the third time I’ve experienced this issue with this location I’m getting really tired of driving to this Wendy’s for an order they confirm for them to tell me that they’re closed when it’s 20 minutes before closing and I can see you I cook prepping food. This is just getting ridiculous. This store needs better management clearly.

Last car, but sat until I asked if anyone was there. 12:30am closed but says 1am on the site. Then no meat...just chicken... chicken is meat...right? ? Food wasn't even hot. Parking lot is not salted. Employees act like they don't want to be there. JUST LAZY! TURN THE LIGHTS AND SIGN OFF IF YOU DON'T WANT ME TO ORDER YOUR FOOD! Won't go again.
The employees here must not get paid much because they apparently close early in order to keep the Uber/ doordash orders for themselves. They must be starving to come up with their little plan in order to steal the food at the end of the evening. Quarter to one a.m., three employees standing there, just bagged up the order and they tell me that they are closed and I'm going to have to have the order canceled. when I inquired about the food that was just bagged they said oh no that's garbage. How absolutely disgusting and pathetic but unfortunately, no surprise

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered three biggie bags for my kids and a chicken wrap combo and didn’t receive one of my biggie bags. I didn’t have time to go back because I had to go to work. When I called up there, THE MANAGER FELICIA HUNG UP ON ME. Just trash.

I have had several terrible experiences in the last with this location. It has been a few months since we last got food here because of it. I gave it another shot. We ordered with ease without waiting forever. The food was hot and fresh. My only complaint is that the chicken sandwich, the chicken is half the size it used to be. It looks like a junior sandwhich!? But we are paying more for less now. My husband's baconator looked like the son. They have reduced they portions and size and increased prices. The food tasted good though and the service was decent for once. I would still probably go back but disappointed in the portions.
