We had two issues... The first issue was that there was a pizza pricing discrepancy between what the website said versus what the physical menu at the restaurant showed. They were unaware of this and immediately corrected the problem. The second issue was that when we got home, we discovered that our pizza was not made according to the website ingredients. I called to discuss this problem and the owner, feeling horrible about the whole thing, IMMEDIATELY offered to remake and deliver a new pizza. I offered my thanks but explained that I was willing to come pick it up. When I got to the restaurant, the owner had arranged for us to get a GIFT CARD!! It was completely unnecessary, but such a wonderful gesture. They have a customer for life now.

My husband and I have stopped in twice for burgers. The food is about a thousand times better than other 'fast food' fare. I don't even consider it to be in the same category.

Placed an online order for 2 pizzas 2 hours before the pick up time. Walk in at the exact time it’s suppose to be picked up and was told it would be 20 minutes at least as they haven’t even started it yet. Explained that I didn’t have time to wait which is why I ordered ahead of time and all of the sudden I was the bad guy backing out on an order. I was told that regardless how far ahead of time that you order they only get the order at the pick up time requested and that’s when they start making it. So I guess if you do a pick up order online go in 20-25 minutes past your scheduled pick up time

I come here around 3 times a week, It's the only place in town I feel that the burgers are quality and quick and the atmosphere is super cozy. Great prices and staff are always welcoming and kind. 10 out of 5. Hard recommended!
Ordered the loaded pepperoni pizza tonight. My kid said it was the best pizza he ever had! Customer service was excellent!

Lakers is my favorite burger in Marquette, I usually go to Burger bus but when the lines are long there I come here instead(same food + pizza). The owners are super nice!! The staff is friendly, great food and amazing prices for what you get! Get a burger, and please don’t forget the pickles(best part). Highly recommend here/burger bus!!
